Ma'shaa'allah lovely Masjid funded through personal wealth & perseverance of local individuals (one in particular) to make it happen despite local council planning opposition initially.
It is essentially the back property of the various front shops and the basement. Spacious but busy in jummah time. V clean facilities for washing. Strict opening times and closes just after Salah. The estate agents can sometimes let you in if you are stuck (9-5).

Entrance of the mosque is bit difficult to find but there is glass door and name of the mosque is written outside. I think so mosque if opening for just prayer only and other times its locked. But you have a place for wudu and toilet as well.MAA SHAA ALLAH nicely maintained

I go every Jumma to read my Salat with my elderly father who is 84 years old and he has a walking stick and prays on the chair.. I had an injury to my foot many year's ago and also read on the chair.. At this masjid they have 2 halls one upstairs and one downstairs.. Every week we go we always have a problem who is I take it the caretaker.. who every week closes the door upstairs and picks and chooses who can read upstairs and asking people to go downstairs which is fine. Today he was ever so rude to me and insisted I go read downstairs even though I read upstairs every week. He knows me and my father come every Jumma without fail and it's an absolute joy for me to read sitting next to my father.. he was so rude and closed the door and said go downstairs even though I had to plead I'm unable to go down the stairs due to my injury. I pleaded I would like to sit with my father like I do every week.. he was ever so rude and I pushed past him to go in as my father was waiting for me and started threatening me next time he's going to lock the door stopping me from reading with my father. I felt really hurt that it's ok for him to pick and choose who he wills to go inside the top hall and felt sad that I'm coming to read my Jumma with a clean heart .. instead felt like I'm bullied by this silly man making trouble for no reason. So many people are let in without question. I've seen him argue with many people over this same issue. Sad to see we are treated this way by our own brother's.. all I want to do is peacefully read my Jumma.

Very conveniently located mosque with useful facilities for the area, and a good amount of space even for Friday prayers

It's a good masjid Mashallah; small and cosy. You'll easily fall in love with it quickly.
