Southall Mosque Ahmadiyya Muslim Assoc. (Darus Salaam)

Contrary to my ignorant brothers, this Mosque is a place of worship. The people here are not only kind, humble and compassionate but they portray the true teachings of Islam. This 'House of Peace' is now undergoing a total new structure. It will by the grace of Allah (swt) shine like a star once again and be a beacon of 'true Islam'

A most beautiful place of worship called the *Abode of peace*. The atmosphere and the people who served us inside this mosque were a true reflection of the message they convey to the world from their community ie *Love for All, Hatred for None*. May God enable you to continue to spread the true message of Islam, as a religion of Peace. Amen

Alhamdulilah, very beautiful mosque. Mosque is a place of worship. Mosque door are open to anyone regardless of faith and colour. Ahmadiya Muslim community is very peaceful community and follow the true teaching of Islam. As a Muslim we use the mosque to promote peace and to develop a spirit of love and sympathy within society. That,s why Ahmadi Muslim across the world raise the slogan of Love for All Hatred for None.

Darus Salaam Mosque - "the Abode of Peace" is a beautiful landmark enriching Southall and far beyond. However, far more inspiring than the stunning design is the purpose and the philosophy that it represents. This was succinctly highlighted by the Worldwide Head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, His Holiness, Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, Khalifatul Masih V on the Inauguration of the Mosque:

"True Muslims will never allow any form of ill-will or malice towards others to enter their hearts or to be projected within their mosques; rather, our hearts and our mosques will always be filled with love and compassion for our fellow beings."

"Muslims must use their mosques to foster peace and to develop a spirit of love and sympathy within society and this is why Ahmadi Muslims across the world raise the slogan of ‘Love for All, Hatred for None’."

"Therefore, now this mosque has opened, I am extremely confident that the Ahmadi Muslims living in this area, will not only seek to fulfill the rights of this mosque through the worship of God Almighty, but also by elevating their standards of love, sympathy and affection for the members of this community."

I have visited the mosque several times and have seen other mosques in the UK too. This is one of the most beautiful mosques around.
You will meet very welcoming, friendly and nice muslims in the mosque.
