Lovely mosque, very nice and clean and peaceful. Parking on surrounding roads, can be a little difficult, especially for Friday Jummah prayers. Residential permit parking from 10am - 11am. can park anytime after these times.

The Management have allegedly told Google maps that it is open from 05.00-22.00. Recent prayer goer experience has been locked gates up until about 15 minutes before prayer and locked gates about 10 minutes after prayer.

On 4th September 2021 it was open between Maghreb and İsha. 5th September closed at 10.10 am. So not open all day

The website of the Masjid has lovely amounts of details, wonderful photos, outside and inside, and suggest a Library and kitchen. Sounds wonderful.

However at the moment the Library and kitchen are unavailable because of Covid concerns.

When you arrive there is a nice path and then entrance for females and separate for males. You go in and as per the website there are lots of shoe racks well positioned. The prayer hall is a good size and clean, peaceful, welcoming and calming.

Sometimes one or two people appear a bit overbearing and over eager to help, which in a way is lovely and welcoming but being able to peacefully get on with your prayer and visit can be nice too. The adhan is nice, prayers done well, about 20 or 30 people on a weekday, and on leaving people are nice and friendly but again one or two a bit over zealous.

The Masjid is not always open and no Library due to being careful with Covid and that is great. But masks are not always worn, distancing is not always happening and MCB decided it shouldn't be needed, and prayer mats are a rare sight. Which means Mr A prays on a part of the carpet, and perhaps 90 minutes later Mr B puts his face on the same carpet piece. This perhaps has a risk.

There is probably less risk with an open Library than putting your face on the same carpet as someone else who might have Covid.

The intentions are good and they are nice people but some prayer goers would like it open all day and some may prefer prayer mats.

February 2022, gated are still locked, Sunday afternoon between Dhur and Asr.

Beautiful masjid and facilities allhamdulilah. However, the staff are very abrasive, the jummah services are regularly disturbed by masjid staff shouting or reprimanding worshippers. I feel the staff sometimes need to calm down, maybe go to classes or lessons on how to handle crowds. They definitely need more volunteers, it's unclear why they don't ask the community for help in managing and organising the masjid. I would say that if the job is too stressful for staff and they feel the need to be rude to masjid goers in order to control people, maybe they shouldn't be doing this work. The masjid committee members and leaders should be calm and patient and set and example for everyone else

I was really privileged to have been invited there for a tour. Mr Gulfam, was extremely warm, welcoming and open to all sorts of questions. The toilets in this place are really kept immaculately clean. I came across the lady who is responsible for it. She exhibits EXCELLENT attitude; all smile and courtesy! Although it is embedded between the residential properties, it has a certain remarkable precision and layout of its own. There are TV screens maintained in the rooms, other than the main hall/ prayer area, so that no one can miss the Imam's sermon. There is some outside space outside the first floor gallery which is a breather in itself. The story of how this was converted into an Islamic Centre shows great commitment and strength of purpose. A garage, in dilapidated condition was concerted into what stands proudly there now. The gate opens into some plants, either standing in the soil or pots. Some beautiful species of Olive trees also stand proud. There is disability acces throughout including a lift too.
The shoe racks line ether sides of the corridor. The maintenance of the carpets and rugs is really of high pedigree.
There are days to provide free food to whoever wants it on certain days. The service is all managed by the volunteers.
There is serenity and calm that resides throughout. Just go in and you will get that welcoming drift throughout.

A modern build islamic centre based in Edgware. Parking only on local roads but based at a very busy road intersection. Lots of space inside over 2 floors and external balconies. Nicely maintained and well run

So grateful to almighty for providing a place to pray for Muslims. It's small comparatively but very clean, well maintained and specially good in the sense that it provides for the ladies on jummah and during Ramadan :)
