Nice mosque. Good space. Ablution and toilet area needs to be a bit bigger. This mosque has a lift facility for elders or those who need it. That's excellent!

Masjid for both brothers upstairs and sisters ground floor. Masjid is tucked away behind the gates next to the cake shop in Plashet Road conveniently located close to the busy Green Street next to Barclays Bank.

Large spacious prayer hall on first floor.

Ablution area
For brothers on ground floor with WC.
For sisters similarly in their respective area.

21st Dec. 2019: Closed weekend to sisters due to works. Nearest sister's prayer place is in Green Street masjid down the road corner of Studley Rd.

Hidden entrance and this people need to be advised to take off the ya Muhamad in this place otherwise people should not pray in there, the reason are it is stated in the Quran that prophet was addressed you will die and they will die, and it was mentioned in the Quran where the prophet was commanded to say he has no power to bring about anything, so any death person pious or not can not help AND SHOULD NEVER BE CALLED UPON EXCEPT THE MAKER OF ALL THINGS. A local Masjid in upton park just off green street. The masjid is open for five times prayers every day and has Quran classes in the evenings between 5 and 7. A four floor building with a clean calm and peaceful location.

Today went there to attend the Tarawih prayer for the 1st day of Ramadan tomorrow like many others , but to our astonishment found out that the Masjid committee had decided that tomorrow is not going to be the 1st day of Ramadan! And the reason given was that the new Moon was not seen by them or anyone in UK! Then how come all the major mosques in UK, majority of them, including East London Mosque has decided that tomorrow is the 1st day of Ramadan, thereby today is the 1st Tarawih? Does it mean that all of them are wrong, or is there a gross misjudgment among them? Definitely something is not right here, and since we are not the scholars, it is up to the scholars and the ulema to find out whoever caused this overwhelming confusion among the Muslims and sort out this mess. This can not go on. UK has a large Muslim population, but they can not be subject to this kind of divisions, which is against the tenets of Islam. As Muslims we should keep united and avoid divisions. If we can not agree on the day of the Ramadan or the day of Eid, the biggest celebration for Muslims, then what kind of unity and brotherhood we can lecture about. Maybe only in our dreams that's going to ever happen.

Beautiful mosque, a blessed place to do your prayers. A lot of effort and patience has been put in by the local community to build this mosque.
However the mosque management need to do a lot more to engage with the local community especially the youth. Friday prayers and evening classes are not enough. The local community have a lot of issues especially the youth and the mosque is not offering enough educational programmes to engage with them. This has been the issue for many years and nothing has changed. Building a masjid for all of the community is important but it's even more important to keep the masjid occupied with learning to teach future generations. A lot of effort has been put into the fundraising but not enough into education for all of the community, especially English speakers. The Sultan Bahu Trust have a lot of good young scholars and they need to invite them to run educational courses.
