Suleymaniye Mosque

MashaAllah, Probably the most beautiful mosque that I have seen in London. It was so calm and peaceful, and the staff were really nice. I came between Dhuhur and Asr because I was in the area. I will definitely return to see what Jumu'ah is like, InshaALLAH.

The Suleymaniye Mosque (Turkish: Süleymaniye Camii) serves the entire Muslim community as well as the Turkish speaking community. Performed my 1st ever evening prayers (maghrib) in here. Wonderful experience. I’m truly blessed and grateful to witness this hidden gem in East London.

Beautiful mosque 🕌 in traditional Turkish design. The blue / turquoise theme is simply magnificent. I wish we had a masjid like this in other countries too! I loved the chandelier, the minbar, the prayer area, the carpets, the tiles, and the hospitable people. One suggestion, however, would be to have a cleaner washroom / woodhoo area. I highly recommend Muslims to come here and pray 🤲 to God.

WEDDING CEREMONY. 10 People

Its really a lovely mosque to go 25.12.20. Was my first trip and wont be the last. We had a wedding there. Family member. The mosque is very hospitable and caring. They ensure everyone's safety and provide sanitary support including disposable prayer matt. There are plenty of space in this mosque and for female prayer section too.

1. The big problem there it gets cold quickly even though there is heat provided. 2. NO CAR PARK. You have to park off Road or pay and display but not much space or available around.

I found it amazing. The prayer recitation is in Turkish language. It be nice if there was a english subtitles or explained by another or someone with sign language would be amazing.

The Imam hosted the prayer for marriage and was a warm speech. They also Catered online Zoom or Google Meet to allow family to be virtually present. Wifi Access - Yes.

What a beautiful landmark.
The artistic architecture inside and spectacular hand painted walls and ceilings is a sight for sore eyes.
