Toms knowledge of his product is excellent and he couldn't have been more helpful. He set everything up for me and explained everything I needed to know about the scooter. He also and said feel free to call him anytime if you ever have any questions or problems with the scooter which I think is very reassuring. If you want a scooter you can buy from this company with confidence.

First ever electric scooter and a very happy customer. Tom is a good guy who made the whole process of buying an Electric Scooter extremely simple. No longer drive the 2 miles to Sevenoaks station everyday and now look forward to this part of the commute. The scooter is powerful, easy to ride and most importantly after the initial jitters of never using one before it feels very safe now that I have got used to it. Tom was not far from us in Kings Hill which was a bonus and even delivered the scooter for free which I thought was a nice gesture.

I have spent many hours doing research online and the scooter I bought ticked all the boxes for my requirements. There was a very minor issue on my second day of use, (a leaky tyre valve) but the company had this rectified within a few hours of me reporting. In my eyes after sales management is just as important as the initial enquiry. 5 stars on both fronts. I certainly think that you can purchase with confidence from this company. 👍

Came and met me, talked me through the scooter and all of its setting, no pressure sale and even after buying it when I had a small issue, came and collected it, sorted the issue and even gave it back with a full battery charge.
