Volkswagen Van Centre Lancashire

We bought a transporter from here and around 10 months later the airbag warning light came on. The van is still in warranty so this should’ve been a free repair. My wife took the van in and this is where it’s gone sour for us. She found her interaction with the service manager incredibly patronising, condescending, negative and unhelpful. He gave us back the van after doing a health check which was somehow passed without fixing the fault, and told us that the we’d no chance to get it fixed before the warranty ran out. We’ve since taken the van to our local mechanic who properly identified the fault and sorted it out for us. We love the van we bought, the sale was a smooth and generally good process, but we won’t be using their service department again as every occasion we have has been a disappointing experience.

Rang Andy on Tuesday engine warning light on.he fitted us in to look that day excellent as I gave him short opening ie needed car back by Thursday night as going on holiday. Andy said he would do his best.ended up being sensor .Andy and team worked double quick and got the car done by 4 .Now that's what I call damn excellent service 👏 👌 .Thank you again Andy and team
