JCB Sittingbourne Van Centre

Having bought a Transporter from these guys I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Andy Rapp was extremely helpful throughout the whole experience. when he said he would ring, he rang, he always replied to my emails promptly even with the most trivial of enquiries ( and there were many of them ). If in time I need to upgrade my vehicle, I will contact them as a first port of call.
As for the vehicle, we love it (just as Andy said we would). we have only had it a week or so and all is great. I will leave a review in a years time hopefully with as much praise for it with a note on how the aftersales was. In the meantime, trust these guys (especially Andy, he knows his stuff) 10 out of 10.

Took our van in for a small oil leak under warrantee 12th April which was two weeks after we tried to book in, now 6th May some 4 weeks later we have been told that it will be 2 more weeks before they can get it on a ramp !!!! Service is terrible and as a fleet customer of VW will definitely not be ordering any more VW when Ford have a turn round time of days for warranty work . Very disappointed as we always try to use local compaies.

Excellent service from Jacob Brabon and Stuart Hobson this week. I always get good service to be honest but this week they went above and beyond to sort my issue with a sensor and get it repaired at short notice before the Easter holiday.

Excellent customer service from Jacob Brabon, goes above and beyond! Nothing is too much. Happy to accommodate last minute services and very quick turn around times. Communication is top notch - highly recommend!

I purchased a 71 plate van, for 34999, I was told it was mint condition as you would expect from a main dealer and a van of that age, I had it delivered and was in a major rush, to drive up north, so I got to my destination only to be informed from another dealer where I had sold it that it had had two panels painted, I phoned jcb sittingbourne and Jamie said sell it to we buy any van, I was like wow really, after a heated talk that agreed to refund me

JCB Sittingbourne have the worst, most ignorant after sales service I've ever experienced. After multiple reports of faults with my van they still have not fixed a single one.

Peeling paint
Leaking boot
Parts falling off the vehicle
Constant rattles in the cab
Woeful stereo
Interior trim falling off

These are just a handful of the issues I've got with a £55,000 van and JCB have not lifted and single finger in 9 months.. I called VW head office and they sounded so concerned but they did nothing either!

Sales are OK, aftersales and service department are shockingly bad.avoid if possible
