I want to share my experience with this company.

Purchasing the car was easy, no hassle and they even delivered it. The car didn't have a fresh MOT put on it (just over 6 months left on it), it was checked over before delivery either. I was given 6 months warranty with the car.

Not long after purchase it needed a coil pack due to misfire and rear brakes doing as the brakes weren't put together correctly. This was sorted by them at no cost.

Next problem, it started losing coolant, misfiring and puffing out white smoke from the exhaust. All the telltale signs of cracked liner. Again they took it back. Said liners never crack on these cars, said the engine holds pressure all day long and nothing is wrong with it. The coolant bottle was cracked so they replaced it (which would only crack when there is pressure in the coolant system). Replaced another coil pack and said the smoke is due to no cat. Which they sold the car without even though it needs to for MOT?

Again a couple months later it starts losing coolant. This time they took it back and gave me a courtesy car. Same response, nothing is wrong with the engine. They had the car for over a week and apparently had it stripped down by Ford specialist who again found nothing wrong. While they had the car they ragged it round all week then gave it back. This was with 2 days left on warranty.

Come a week or so after the MOT became due. The car wouldn't pass due to no CAT so had to purchase one prior to it. It failed on bushes which were pretty much none existent. Massive bill for the MOT.

Just after the car and now blown a coolant hose, popped it due to pressure in the system. Again only comes from a cracked liner. Unfortunately for me it is now out of warranty.

So I either rebuild the engine at a cost of £3k or scrap the car when the engine lets go.

Not saying they aren't good to deal with just pray nothing goes wrong with your car because they just have you on until it's no longer their problem.
