Bought a 2010 Meriva off these guys around February. I've had it about 10 months now. It was only £995 as it was a bit rough with a few dents on it. It had a misfire when I had a look but they said they would sort it before I picked it up. They said there is no history on any of them so agreed to do the cam belt for £150 which was cheap. I had to wait around a week to pick it up. It was cheaper than any 2010 cars I'd looked and had a 1000 mile warranty. I've fixed a few minor things on it. Main thing was the sunroof was letting in water but that turned out to just be a blocked sunroof drain. It was definitely a bargain I think it's the best car I've owned. It's never let me down and though it's not the most exciting of cars I can fit my surfboard in it no problems. Also the aircon works great after a refill and it's the first car I've had with cruise control. The main reason I chose this garage is there was a short warranty. There is so many dodgy sellers out there and even if it was a weeks warranty I think that's enough time to know if you've bought a lemon. Buying a used car is always a risk but anyone giving any warranty makes me think they wouldn't knowingly sell you a dud. I'd buy a car from here again mainly as £1000 is always my limit and they had a good selection of cheap cars. Very pleased with my car. 😁

Car Purchased Astra 2014 at very good price for the year, only minor issue a problem with key fob was sorted very quickly and replacement parts organised through his contact with auto electrician whom was very efficient. Other than that the car has run well.
Remember this is a small trader whom provides cars at reasonable prices usually below other dealers prices, they are generally MoT'd with any failure work completed and provided with a 3 month limited guarantee warranty. They are not trying to be anything more than that, if any purchaser has an issue check the car thoroughly first, no different to buying privately, but here you at least get a 3 month back to them warranty.

I was interested in a Ford Mondeo Titanium Business Edition Tdci (WV63 ZHD). (5 March 2022) I was told that they need 7-10 working days to do MOT and clean the car but I should leave a non-refundable deposit of £500. After 10 days the car was not ready. It was then told that they were waiting for a part to fix the gearbox. I was told to wait for another week. I asked if I could get back my deposit and I was told that it was not possible. I was offered a courtesy car for that week. After a week I returned the courtesy car and was told that they had received a wrong part for the gearbox. I then raised a dispute with my bank concerning the deposit. The deposit was refunded through the dispute process on 29 March 2022. That same day I received a text from these guys saying, "we are still having issues with the correct part for the gearbox....if you like we can swap you onto the automatic Qashqai..." I refused the deal. That same day, the same Ford Mondeo which was appearing as sold on their website since the 5th of March when we left our deposit, reappeared again. It is now on sale again. How is it possible that suddenly the part was found the same day and the car was fixed for it to be sold again? Please avoid them. They are not honest at all. Don't part with your hard earned money.

Would highly recommend. Bought a first car for my son, staff were polite, honest and helpful. Had a small issue a few weeks after purchase, was sorted promptly and we were back on the road in no time

I've purchased 2 vehicles from Rich and his colleagues now, they've honored the 3 months warranty when needed and stuck within the time frame of m.o.t and the vechiles being ready. Very professional vibe

Awful garage run by a couple of conmen, selling cars that are unroad worthy and putting peoples life's at risk! I reported them and trading standards visited them and they said they had already visited them before, says alot. Hopefully they will be closed down soon especially after reading the most recent review. Please save your hard earned money! Steer clear! In reply why so many bad other bad reviews then? I could go into the whole story but so stressed by the situation I just want to move on from it. I don't want it to happen to anyone else.

Top blokes brought an astra estate great car great price had a few small issues nothing major went back they said what ever it takes to put right and more offerd me a courtesy car and had done very next day you can't say fairer than that 💯 recommend thanks lads 🙂

I have purchased a Mini Cooper from the Elms Sales team and I'm super happy with my purchase. There was a slight delay but the team were very happy to keep me updated and in the end provided an alternative as they believed I had waited too long. Would recommend 👍🔥

Edit:
Had a small issue with the breaks and took the car in. Once in the guys noticed another fault and fixed both the issues on site without any questions asked! Great customer service, honestly cant say a bad word.
