Completely disgusting service from this company.Brought a van £9000.00 that advertised 1 carefull owner from NEW. Add still on the website . Turned out its had 5 when V5 arrived. Van arrived with the cab covered in oil and dog hairs. Back full of stones. It took 5 hours to clean it. Only 1 key yet add said 2.Went to use it on a sunny day to find the air con had been removed.This cost over £1000.00 to be replaced.Van needed 2 new batteries within 3 days of it arriving £290.00.Van broke down . AA called out on my policy as havent git amy from the garage as advertised . BcM board gone. £700.00 to replace.Then Tubo went £900.00 to get it replaced.Fault with parking sensors £350.00 to fix.Off side rear wheel barring. Near side rear caliber. Both rear disc's and pads down to the metal. £900.00 to fix.Off side front wheel hub has been welded with the studs. To replace £130.00. Bothe prob barrings gone. £120.00 to replace.
A1 Warranty on van wouldnt do any of it. Add says AA warranty .Also no 22 months AA cover from them as advertised on add. Garage offered a refund but only for the price i paid for the van not any of the repairs or the £450.00 charged for delivery. Van has been off road since I brought it more then on. Total disgusting service from this so called AA aproved dealer.Trading standard and fraud department now investigating it all. Along with claim in court starting soon.
Emails and txt from owner become abusive and very unprofessional when i said the van can be returned only if i get paid everything back iv paid out . Avoid this company unless you want to get ripped off.
