Lings Norfolk Triumph

Just picked up my tiger 800! Fantastic service from these guys! Sale wasnt forced whatsoever, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Relaxed environment. Arranged a test ride with no issues and once happy with the bike a very quick and easy sale. Super happy! 😊

I have a BMW (okay not a Triumph) and 'only' had new tyres fitted. But the fitter did a superb job, and the staff treated me with due courtesy, chatted intelligently and with interest about my bike and riding. Even had a nice cup of coffee as I waited. Would I use them again? Definitely. One good experience deserves another.

Top rate service from Norfolk triumph. Not only were they the best price for my front tire fitted but they even passed on an extra saving on the quote they gave me. I was kept informed from the minute I booked and conversed with friendly staff. The free health check was a bonus too.

Just waited at service parts desk for over 20 mins and at no point have had existence acknowledged. Very poor as have travelled from downham market. Will not b returning.

Been using Lings for years and buying increasingly better built British bikes from them. Service is pretty good and the staff very helpful. Happy to lend you a bike to try which has proved dangerous in the past as they can be tempting. Used to deliver you a clean bike after a main dealer service like the car dealers. It took the sting out of the bill but seemed to stop years ago. Worth a look round, something for every rider! I have to say somewhat disappointingly that when I asked them for a price for buying my bike after 19 years of buying bikes from them they offered me a pathetic price nearly 2K less than the same model with more extras and less miles on mine than on their website bike and mine just serviced and motd by them with full lings service history and bought fro them. Greedy sales staff sadly spoiled many years of buying from Lings Watton. 😞 I don't think I will go back which is sad because I have had good times with them. A real shame but guess they have targets. Nice bike range but can no longer recommend to my followers. Suffolk Lings in Ipswich is better if you are after a Triumph.
