Strefford's Of Worcester

Brilliant experience using Strefford’s, Nathan and Bev are the two I had contact with over the 6weeks of buying, storing and collecting my new bike; they were always wonderful and welcoming and I’ll be going back for all my MOTs, Services and any other biking needs, great family run business!

Just want to say a massive thanks to Nathan at Streffords of Worcester for sorting my bike today. He absolutely went above and beyond and even took a fuel pump off one of his own bikes to get me on the road as there are none available in the UK. Also thanks to Mark and Bev for keeping me company the 7 hours I was there. Top class service.

Very friendly and helpful brought a second hand bike which I am looking forward to riding and as I hadn't rode a bike for some years I was a bit nervous to ride though the town they said they would be happy to deliver the bike to my house so I could get use to it in the back road were it's quite no charge thats service thanks.

First of all I would be giving them a Zero star review but unfortunately Goggle allows a minimum of One.

I bought a Terrain last November, paid for 48litre top box, heated grips and handguards which they couldn't fit when I bought the bike due to them not being in stock.

It's been 11 months now and I have still yet to recieve what I paid for, requested several times for a refund but conviently they can't find my reciept for the bike.

I checked the paperwork when I got the bike home and realised at that point they not only didn't include a reciept for the bike and the additional parts I paid for but on the Sinnis Warrenty they set up, they spelt my name, address and email address wrong.

There has been a recall on my bike due to a faulty Diode however I have still yet been told when I can get that fixed which I was informed about over a month ago now.

I have spoken to Bev several times over the phone about my issues but I get absolutely nowhere, I will be taking legal action against this shoddy and crooked dealership soon and reporting them to trading standards.

First class service very helpful and knowledgeable staff highly recommend

Great service this morning by Stefford's fitting new tyres on my motorbike. Busy garage conducting mots and servicing. Shop has a large stock of helmets, jackets, rainwear boots and accessories. Friendly, helpful staff. Coffee machine (free) while waiting for the tyre fitment.
