Maidstone Harley-Davidson

Mecca for all things Harley. Very friendly! I had always wanted a SuperGlide but of course they don't make them any more. So imagine my surprise when I just nip in there one day and they happened to have the very bike I was looking for! An hour with salesman Duffy later and they have my old Sportster and I have my SuperGlide and a broad grin on my face! One VERY happy biker!

2022 update:
The above was nearly four years ago. Since then, Maidstone Harley have continued to keep my SuperGlide in superb condition. The parts department does very occasionally run into difficulties but thus far, they've managed to overcome them!

The staff at the dealership couldn't be friendlier and a warm welcome always awaits you as you walk through the doors. If you are considering buying a Harley, new or used, or clothing, accessories or custom parts, or need your bike serviced; Maidstone Harley.

Unfortunately we tried to buy a bike from there, but customer service was very limited. We received an offer from our trade in bike, a royal Enfield, at 11am one day and were just waiting for a price to exchange for the new bike. A call never came, when I phoned back at 5pm to ask for the update, I was told the bike had been sold!

A bit taken aback, I called and asked to speak to the manager Steve to explain my disappointment and that I felt like I wasn’t being taken seriously. Steve assured me that, I was being taken seriously and he would look into it and see what he could do for me.

Steve never even bothered to call me back!

I was so disappointed in the customer service that I bought a Fat Bob from another dealer, Oakley Motorcycles in Maidstone.

At Oakley, customer service was as you would expect, with constant communication until I rode it away.

Such a shame, I really felt like, Maidstone HarleyDavidson “had all the gear, and no idea”.

Lovely, friendly staff are always happy to help out. Beautiful selection of bikes, and of course, clothing and merchandise! This place is pure Harley Davidson 🔥

Customer service is sorely lacking. My order hasnt arrived almost 2 weeks after ordering it (and paying for express 1-3 day delivery) I've been promised a call back, but I'm still waiting. The staff are totally incompetent.

Easy to find,plenty of parking. A huge variety of bikes and merchandise.Friendly staff

The level of service from Melissa was above and beyond. Having order a battery charger and wanting some more information on it, Melissa promised to ring me back, at the end of the day, although she was very busy, she called me later from her home, after driving an hour and 20 mins, just to make sure I had the information I needed. Thanks again

So went in for browse. Met Carol and Sarah who made me coffee and were very welcoming. Left dealership with jacket and jeans, so lighter in the pocket but happy. Thanks Gals you’re both stars. I’ll be back ;-)
