I was very cautious taking my fire blade 929 in as I have bad experience with other mechanics. I took a leap of faith and am very happy now.

The problem was quite complicated and if all possible parts were changed - the bill would easily go into many hundreds of pounds. The mechanic diagnose the problem and called me near the end of the day after resolving . I was still worried about the bill

When I saw the bill- I was overjoyed ...

This service-shop is awesome just picked up my moto after bearings change that was realquick. Any emergency situation when bike needs to be fixed and You can not wait for appointment from other services, just go to BeRider, Kleber will do it as soon as possible with affordable prices! Oil change in 10 minutes - EASY! Also there is chairs and you can have a tea while waiting, just proud of the service I get every time. From personal experience I hundred percent recommend him!

Appalling service, not serious people.
Got an appointment with them at 9:30, they opened at about 10 stating they were late. At 10:30 our motorbike was still there, waiting for the service and another woman who just walked in without appointment got served first.
When challenging that, they just told us to wait. Zero empathy or appreciation for our time, and obviously zero reliability

Superb place, lovely staff and an excellent job done to fit a new chain and sprocket on my aprilia. Will definitely use their services again!
