It's unusual to experience such professionalism and kindness these days. I bought an outfit from Jim, and, since then, I have received nothing but sterling service.

Even though I am hundreds of miles away, I felt that, after 40 plus years, that this is by far the best dealership, ever.

So I bought another bike.

And, if you happen to be in Stafford, it's a nice place, that dealership. Friendly, a nice cuppa, lots of chat and no pressure.

What a great place to buy a bike from, proper old fashioned good customer service, no salesmen that has to run back and forward to his manager for the 'best' deal, was given the keys to a Himalayan, no signing your life away and finger prints, went for a test ride, came back for a chat with Jim, deal done. Jim sorted my private plate and put extras on the bike for me and delivered it, no fuss.
Will be going there for anything bike related in future even though not local to me. Wish I had been here before.

I saw a pre-owned RE Classic 350 on the Jones and Alcock website. Phoned Jim, spoke for ages about the bike, and biking in general. A very knowledgeable and experienced chap. A deal was struck, and a date given for delivery. A lovely lady delivered my shiny new (to me) bike, and also handed me a box of goodies, including the RE welcome box which is supplied with a “New” bike. Outstanding service, from a dealer who really cares.

Went to look at an Interceptor on Saturday, new one delivered on Thursday.

All inclusive price given by Jim for the bike taxed and delivered to my door. No pressure sales, a chat over a coffee and the deal was done!

A pleasure to do business with and it will be back soon for it's first service.

Ordered my Meteor on Saturday delivered on Friday the next week for no additional charge. Informed they will collect service and deliver back after the first service for a very reasonable price. Bike was fully fuelled and nicely clean. Would highly recommend to anyone.

My wife and I first took a trip to Jones and Alcock to look at the Meteor 350. Jim was very helpful and said we could have a test ride when ever we wanted. I called Jim this Monday asking for a test ride. It was sorted for Tuesday morning. I was impressed and ordered a new Meteor 350 for my wife. I asked if it could be delivered this Saturday which I know was very short notice, but Jim delivered it. The service was second to none, no sales pressure, just excellent service. Jim also said he would put a full tank of fuel in but because the weather was so bad Friday he didn't take it out. However the lady that delivered it (very pleasant and helpful) brought £20 from Jim for us to fill the tank. Where else would you get such service. Thanks again Jim and we will be in touch for its first service.
