I bought a few items such as lights, indicators and grips from Alchemy during the latter stages of my build and I experienced nothing less than truly exceptional customer service from Alchemy and its owner, Roy. He not only knows his stock inside out, but he also spent what probably turned out to be hours of his time making sure what I bought would fit and look right on my bike. The parts were decent quality too.

I have been an occasional customer of Alchemy parts over the years but have always felt valued on each occasion, whether that has been with the sales team or with Roy directly.
If I need any custom parts for my bike then Alchemy is the first port of call. It is rare to have any issues with their products as they look to source the best but on the one occasion that there was a geniune issue it was dealt with quickly and without fuss. Brilliant.

Fantastic service.
I had a custom bike come in requiring a faulty LED turn signal replacing.
Spoke to Roy at Alchemy Parts and in less than 24 hours we had a pair turn up by courier free of charge.
Bike owner very grateful.
Not only does Alchemy Parts sell great products, they stand by what they sell.

I purchased a pair of led indicators on Sunday, received them Tuesday, unfortunately one was damaged. I emailed and had a reply in one hour.
Replacements were sent and I received them the next day. Great service and I will certainly use Alchemy Parts again.

Packaging was excellent, delivery was next day. Ray helped me out massively by responing to questions outside of work hours, I definitely wasn't expecting a reply until the next day but Ray replied approx 8.30pm to answer my question and this meant I could continue working on the bike. I've never had better service, it truly has been a pleasure and I will continue to use Alchemy Parts in the future. Thank you so much!

I would just like to say what a great company Alchemy Parts is. Not only do they sell great products at great prices, but I recently have had cause to seek there assistance and experience over the initial product I purchased for some technical advise etc.

I first of all emailed and later followed this up with a call. On the phone, I spoke to Roy. He was absolutely brilliant and in addition, I cannot say how pleased I have been with not only the purchase from the company but their whole after sales service.

Due to this, I simply have to say, that I would have no hesitation at all, in recommending anyone to deal with this company. I rate 5 Stars. Thank you very much Alchemy.

Had an issue with the LED indicators i purchased , Emailed in with a pictures and a short video. Roy was extremely helpful and professional and said he would send me out a replacement the next working day , they arrrived today and are great , thanks for your excellent customer service guy , highly reccommended.
