Have ordered a few times off this company and always receive what I wanted, when they said they would deliver. Also no issues re delivering to Northern Ireland, which is great as many have stopped delivering here since Brexit. Always good prices and quality.

Ordered last Thursday, arrived promptly on the Friday. Very happy with the product and support from the classic bike shop team. Thanks guys!

I recently purchased 2 short silencers for my XS 250 . From these guys on eBay . Had my local bike mechanic to install these on my bike and balance the carbs . But the bike just would not stay ticking over. I tried to call them and explain. But no joy there . I left a voice mail. Before I sent them back . So I did the return on eBay. They where £89 and the add clearly said suitable for a 1977 XS 250 . Not to mention the mechanics bill as well. So these guys refunded me £39 . So watch out . For a item that was not fit for purchase. I was completely ripped off. If they respond to this, it will not change the fact that they are bandits .

I have had no problems ordering from this company unlike those who have rated 1 star!
on two separate occasions (over a year apart!) i placed my order on- line paid by pay-pal and received an invoice and order conformation with in the hour!.

Further communications to show order despatched with tracking number followed, and order was delivered promptly next day by DHL!.
Items are as described and of expected quality( and at a price better than any other comparable company offering them online!) so very satisfied!.

sorry to read of others having problems but expect that a polite phone call rather than online complaining might have produced a better result in these instances!, i for one found the shopping experience completely positive hence my rating of 5 stars!.

Shame you respond by saying its all my fault. I received no delivery notice and no emails responses. And the Courier couldn't deliver to a business address open business hours a with full time reception? Would you care to provide proof of all this. Just excuses and then you get a mate to say how wonderful you are. It even took you weeks to respond to my negative review!

Rang last week for a number of items gave the guy my list over the phone next day received a call back saying that he had sorted them and would I like to order. Two days later all arrived including the extras I rang later and added can’t fault that whatsoever. Thanks all

Not sure how this company receives so many positive reviews! Placed an order, paid by Paypal, received no shipping information and they have completely ignored three email requests for confirmation of the order. But of course they have my money. I deal with so many great classic bike shops, this is absolutely not one of them. Credit card company happy to escalate to a dispute. Paypal? waste of time as usual.
Will order elsewhere.

Purchased a pair of bsa a65 oil in frame silencers. Upon inspection I noticed that they differed from the description photos. As it was the photos that made me purchase from this supplier, I emailed them to point out the Silencers in the photos which showed black exhaust exits and a reinforced mounting plate were not on the silencers supplied.
I advised that this was misleading and a misrepresentation of the item for sale.
Guess what, no response from the seller!!
