Feked Classic Bike Parts

I've used these guys twice so far and am very happy with the speed of the dispatch, the quality of the packaging and although it's out of their control, the delivery with DHL is also prompt and easy to track, even to Euro-land.

I contacted "Feked' to supply a 6volt regulator for my Norton mod 50. Ordered on Friday 13th, in my hands and fitted on Tuesday 17th. Hard to beat that for great service.. Thanks John Caston

Feked have been so good, not only do they supply quickly but if there is an issue with and order they make the effort to contact for more details. Superb customer service!

Ordered a fuel tap, delivery all good, BUT, when fitted, the product LEAKED. Very dangerous to have fuel dripping over a hot engine, so reported the problem to them and sent them a video, heard nothing. I used Paypal to to the transaction, so raised a dispute and then they responded with a "send it back for a refund", nothing more, no apology, nothing. Sent back and got a part refund, they did not reimburse the shipping cost. Their customer service stinks, they are not interested and they are supplying defective components (others have had the same problem with the same part), not impressed and I will not be using these people again, plenty of other suppliers out there.

Excellent above and beyond service - the exact opposite of 'computer says no!' They went out of their way to measure some fork springs (Triumph TR6, that I am using for an incorrect application! ) confirmed they were too big a diameter and then said they'd checked some others which would do .. all for a sub £30 order! I've used Feked before and they were sound then but this is excellent service.
