If you call in person can be a little difficult to find. Satnav gets you pretty close but poorly sign posted.
This is not a showroom more a shop/warehouse type place.
Approached an open roller door where I was greeted by a very friendly lady who was shelf stacking she assured me I'd reached my destination. (Motone Customs)
Entered through a smaller shop door passed several shelving units lined with various lovely bike bits.
Spotted the proprietor who was also very friendly, knowledgeable & efficient.
Furnished him with the necessary part numbers, my parts were produced & plesentries exchanged off I trotted.
When I inspected my newly acquired handlebars I realized the wrong adapters were supplied. S*** happens!
Cut a long story short returned the next day explained the situation & without question & with no hesitation was presented with the correct parts.
Didn't get the usual "well they look alright to me mate"

Have bought various parts from them over the last few years. Good quality kit. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. However, one thing really worth noting is the quality of their service, which is consistently great. I had an issue with a part and they dealt with it with such speed and grace that I couldn’t fail to be impressed. This is the true measure of a company - how issues are dealt with. If you have a query, give them a ring and they will see you right.

Maybe it's due to N.A. Triumphs having slightly different parts (if that's even the case?? - and if it is it should be noted), but many of Motone's parts do NOT fit properly, and require modification of stock parts (not ideal) or awkward and improper fitting (not safe). Two examples that I have experience with are 1) the T100 tail tidy, which, when installed, is too high for the seat (even with the provided spacers), and 2) the rectifier turn signal relocation mount which requires trimming of the plastic attachment on the rectifier. The screws provided with the mount are also too short.

Do not expect any installation instructions with any parts - though this may be for legal reasons.

Customer service was also slow to get to my questions and eventually stopped replying to emails.

Kudos for the prompt and affordable shipping, and parts made of quality material. It's just a shame about the fitment.

Ordered a Viper Bench seat for my Triumph which came promptly and seems very good quality. Struggled with the fitting and sent a message on Instagram and within ten minutes they had problem solved my issue! Great service and great product will definitely purchase through them again.

I bought a monza fuel cap and x pipe off them,arrived swiftly and well packaged.
When I tried to fit the monza fuel cap I couldn't get it to line up correctly as the centre piece wouldn't rotate, it was siezed solid, it had obviously been forced into position after manufacture, I sent an email to motone about returning it but week's went by with out anything back from them, in the end I had to gently force the centre piece out and file it down. until it would fit inside and rotate.
Not what I was expecting. Poor customer service motone.

My worst online shopping experience ;(

I got a pair of turn signal brackets for Bonneville.
Order #WEB78368.
While parcel was on track, my plans changed so I returned it back in original packaging.
Due to tracking info it was successfully delivered to Motone office at Abercarn.
More than 1,5 months passed and I'm still trying to arrange refund.
It seems that they just ignore my emails.

Worst customer service experience I've had yet.

I bought a motorcycle as the second owner and my bike came with quite a few Motone Customs pieces already added. Personally I've added another $800 in Motone parts to this bike since I've owned it.

I reached out to Motone for help regarding a faulty housing for their billet turn signals because one of the four I have on this motorcycle leaked and filled with water. The water caused the insides of the housing to corrode and the light failed. When I reached out to Motone to inquire as to whether or not I had any warranty options I was met with a short reply of: "we don't send out free product".

I didn't ask for anything for free, I asked if I had the option of warranty help.

I don't have the original turn signals that came with this bike, so my only option now is to purchase a new pair of these from Motone (unlikely now with how rude their customer support is) or spend quite a bit of money elsewhere and replace these lights with a different brand that doesn't leak.

Bought their 1" up and over risers for my 2020 Bonneville.... shipped from the UK to my front door in Canada in a week. Parts look great and were good quality but they don't fit properly on the bike due to their design.
