First time visit and very impressed with the range of makes and models both new and used, I wish my 4 local BMW motorrad staff were as professional and helpful as Will, it would save me travelling over 200 miles. Highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant service. Rang Wednesday morning asked about next day delivery, no problem he said. Ordered and product delivered Thursday, exactly as described. Highly recommended 5 🌟.

This is the second brand new Harley Davidson I have bought in 4yrs the experience with the salesman Pat has been an absolute pleasure his attitude , respect , and advice has been second to none. I have built up a good report with this guy and would like to think that all the staff would follow in his footsteps I am a regular customer and hate going to Harley because I never leave empty handed lol always got something even if its a T shirt and bow it's a brand new bike ,,, thanks Harley thanks pat

I've used the company 3 times but twice have had to wait a while for items to be delivered as these come from their suppliers. It would be nice to know when ordering that items are not stocked and have to be ordered. Add a week to your delivery expectations.

I bought a jacket from M&P and before it had even been delivered, it went on sale at £30 less than what I paid. While there was no foul on M&Ps part, it did bug me a bit and I didn't want the hassle of sending the jacket back and re-ordering. So I called them. They guy I spoke to (sorry, I missed his name) agreed with me and said he'd ask the relevant department to look into it. True to his word they did and a few days later I got a refund of the difference. Their response was a world away from that of many companies who really dont care about customer experience. So it is with pleasure that I leave this review and encourage any who have read the few negative reviews to not be turned away from dealing with this company.

Fabulous service from the guys at M&P - great advice. Great range of kit - loads out the back in the warehouse.
Nothing was too much trouble.
