Mum and me are both disabled but didn’t need to worry as access was great. Mum hadn’t been to the cinema for years so we’re a bit concerned. The staff were very Friendly and helpful.
Seats were comfy and toilets accessible. Good price as we booked in advance.
We are planning another visit in a couple of weeks 👍

Very conveniently situated on the edge of Accrington Town Centre, the cinema is a good place to spend a few spare hours in, with major films periodically on show. Film tickets are relatively cheap (£6.0 at the counter for a single Adult ticket), but add on some drinks / refreshments, and the final bill can be quite alarming (£25.0+ for 2 tickets, 2 medium slushes, & 2 ice cream cones in July 2022). The complex is generally clean & tidy, plus the seats are quite comfortable (& wider than their Odeon counterparts). On the down side, the staff are OK, but seemed to struggle to raise a smile (unlike their more enthusiastic Odeon counterparts). Budgets also seem to be tight - when I asked for some napkins, I got
... just one single tissue (none are given out / are on display for taking).

The cost of the tickets were very reasonable but the snacks??? £20 on pop and popcorn. I know why people don't visit like they used to. If cinemas got the balance right ie, a film and snacks at a reasonable price instead of making people feel like they are being screwed over Im sure people will go back!
Just something to think about. All those empty seats.

One of the smaller Vue cinemas, decent enough but was really cold inside, making it quite uncomfortable. Really expensive to get drinks, nearly £7.50 for a coke and a bottle of water, but was expecting these sort of prices. However, a nice cinema with plenty of parking.
Have been back recently to see a late night film, it wasn't too busy but it was comfortably warm this time!

Compered to other Vue's I've been too the Accrington one always feels run down and tired, but my overall experience last night was, the Staff were helpful and welcoming, the screen (4) was clean but like walking into a fridge, half way through the film people started to put there coats back on, was freezing! Thought maybe there saving on energy cos of the rising costs until we walked back into the foyer after the film and it was lovely and warm, overall great staff 🌟 clean screen 🌟 great film 🌟 the venue let it down slightly 😔

My daughters have gone to watch a 15 film one being 22 and the other 16. My 16 year old has took her college I'd badge and this wasn't accepted. I think this is appalling that you can't get into watch a film being this age. Everyone knows you have to be over 16 to go to college and this should be enough proof. I am fuming that 2 young females get this sort of behaviour infront of other people when it's clearly your staff that can't do there job properly.. my daughter looks older than 16 and for the fact that she's had this behaviour from your staff is completely unacceptable. This is why you get bad ratings and people will not want to come to your cinema again.
