Good cinema with 3 hours free parking.
If it's a new release book ahead. Viewing times fit me but bury Cinema cheaper.
That said it's a great convenient venue 😊

Plenty of parking and easy access. Booked our tickets no problem and doing blue card so a bonus. I wanted popcorn but at £4.50 for a small tub they can keep it, the lass on the till said if I wanted bagged on the stand it's £2.50 so I got some of that instead. Now the last time I took the grandchildren we ended up frozen it was so cold in there so complained when we came out might as well have talked to myself. Anyway got wrapped up sat and went again with the kids, got inside it was lovely and warm and then the film started and you could feel it going cold almost straight away , I was so miserable I can't do with the cold. So on that note think it's time to find another cinema. Or go in skiing gear.

Booked out a screen for my partners 30th and I cannot thank the staff enough! Andrew who I emailed back and forth for months arranging this was super patient, helpful and was on hand on the day to assist me. The staff were really friendly and super helpful they made the day go by without any issues or complaints. I highly recommend booking a screen for that special someone who is film and/or gaming obsessed! I Booked ours for 6 hours, a few hours of gaming and then fitted in a film as well. You definitely get what you pay for and playing the PS4 in the cinema is another level entirely! Thank you again for an unforgettable day!

Wouldn't recommend the Premier Lounge. We went to see Avatar 2 and it had no surround sound, just one speaker and the front and it was very quiet and ruined the whole experience.
I have a feeling they are just letting this cinema run with low maintenance until the new one opens.
Wish we had waited and watched it at home.

Always a good choice of movies, reasonably priced tickets, easy online booking, plenty of parking and the ticket collection machines work. As with all cinemas, drinks and eats are pricier than supermarkets, but there is a good selection and it's all part of the experience. Only 4 stars (not 5) as it's a bit dated but their new cinema building is well underway. I would choose Reel over other cinemas.

Went to see the new Avatar in 3 D and it was a wonderful film. I hope the new cinema complex is as good as this one as its been a fantastic place to watch s film over the years. Easy parking too

I used the online system and it worked a treat even though not all terminals were in use, opted for the premier lounge as the more comfortable seats were preferred due to the film lasting 3 hours, lots of space and leg room with the reduced seat availability you didn't get the constant parade of people going to the toilet, well worth the upgrade.

My first and last visit here on the 26th December. The sound was dreadful - couldn't hear the film at the back and there was no surround sound (we went to see the same film half hour later at Accrington Vue and there were no issues at all there with sound). The decor throughout looks very tired and the screen we were placed in before leaving was tiny - the whole Cinema really wants replacing. In all fairness to the manager, he did give us a full refund, but I wouldn't recommend.
