The good: sound is high quality, price is right, very clean.
The bad: if you're in one of the higher number theaters expect a screen about the size of a postage stamp. (See photo.) What the photo doesn't make clear, because I held my camera up high, is the headrests on the VIP seats obscure the bottom of the screen if you're sitting behind them and average female height or shorter.
I'd come here for a film on the IMAX screen and probably opt for another cinema otherwise.

I love coming here as the prices for tickets are good and affordable for many people. The staff are polite and the service is quick.

Easy to order tickets. Assistance was there when asking for help. However the room we were in was disgusting. It had not been cleaned at all. Popcorn everywhere on the floor and wrappings in the cup holders. Cups and empty bottles also on the floor. Considering we are still in the Middle of a pandemic, that's very unsafe. Not impressed at all.

The staff here are great. I had vouchers to use that didn't work properly (they were valid, just wouldn't scan). It could have been really embarrassing, but they sorted things out no problem. Then I got a parking ticket (from ParkingEye) in their car park, which is meant to be free at certain times. After visiting them again, they got it sorted with no fuss. The cinema itself is probably a 3-4 star, depending on which screen you are in, but the staff are 5 star, so I'll be back.

Booked seats, but really wasn't needed! We saw the new Marvel film at 17.00 in screen 2. There were 8 people including us! I think there were more staff than customers. The place looked spotless though!

Loads of screens and choices. Loads of space, not crowded. Staff were friendly and helpful. BUT.. The AirCon was up too high and the room was FREEZING!!!! really suffered because of this. Wont go back unless this is changed or they allow me to take in an electric blanket

Great big huge place.. cold , never been there before, found the impersonal place rater off putting. But worked it out. Free parking great.£4 for a cola over the top.. film viewed, Westfield story.... brilliant fantastic glad went

Hard to be fair... i tend to visit at quiet times and as its attached to other empty venues in the foyer it always seems lost or abandoned..
Free car park opposite is a big bonus..
I'm a limitless member, so can visit often as i like but I'm never drawn to this cinema compared to others i used in Kingston and Wimbledon before i moved.
Prices are if course ridiculous, as they are in any cinema.... stock up in Tesco or Lidl/Aldi first!
