Where it is a newer build seats are more comfy decent size screens plenty of sears.
Sometimes you seem to wait a lil longer to get tickets and concessions than feels necessary

Had a great experience here . The young man that served me and my gf was quick and friendly , evening making a joke that we had £100 worth of sweet in our pick and mix 😂. Thank you for the great service . Shame his colleague wasnt as nice ...

I paid twice for my cinema food costing £54.10 when I knew I had paid the first time via Apple Pay. Especially as I got given an Apple Pay notification of the transaction. A worker there called Jasmine told me she forgot to press a button after I paid the first time. I asked for a customer service card and receipt just incase they said the pending would bounce back and I wouldn’t be double charged. Which it did. Now on hold trying to get my refund for being charged double.

It's what you would expect, it's clean and staff are polite. Only downsides that seem to be constant are, soda always seems flat, and a few self service machines always seem faulty.

i went to watch black panther with my friend the other day we were not on our phones not talking or doing anything at all wrong. there were about 4 other people in the cinema so not very busy. however that not stop one of your workers what looked taking a picture or holding up a pair of binoculars to look at us for no longer than 3 minutes in the pitch black. me in seeing this i did not recognise this was one of your workers i just assumed that a creepy guy was taking a picture of me and my friend. i turned to my friend and asked her immediately if she was seeing what i was seeing. she did and but assured me that a member off staff was just checking if people were messing around. but about an hour in the movies it happened yet again. this time it was my friend who got scared and noticed it and when she told me he was still there. my heart literally came out of my chest i was so scared the rest of the movie i was on edge and kept on looking back to see if it was happening again. when the movie ended my friend and i were still petrified. if this is just a safeguarding issue or a type of security check please keep in mind that this is extremely inappropriate and unprofessional it’s really scary and not needed. pls take note of this for future reference thank you.
