On first visit the toilets and cinema seats were very messy. Waiting for a second visit after contacting the very helpful manager who offered another visit for free.

Update:
On our second visit, it was very clear that our concerns had been listened to, and everything was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This has restored my faith in the cinema.

I have a Limitless ticket and use it fairly regularly. My main issue is the price of the normal tickets if friends or family come with me and also the fact that they don't always show the big shows (which I would want to use my Limitless ticket for). It would be nice if they had more shows on during the day (starting 12-2 sort of time) as evening showings are not always possible for me so I can't use my Limitless ticket as often as I would like. On the + side - Staff are really friendly and knowledgeable.

Nice. Not Good, not bad but nice. The actual facilities are quite good. There's only two screens admittedly that are a little on the small side in comparison to some Cineworld, but they work. Prices change frequently And somewhat on a whim, but the staff are friendly and make do with what they have. Largely, they could do with more films available at one time (to make their Odeon limitless card actually worth it's insane price that's four times the price of a Netflix membership)

What a fantastic cinema. My boys really enjoyed Godzilla this evening and I just wanted to thank Alex for coming to my rescue after falling flat on my face outside coming to collect my boys. He was so professional and quick to respond with Ice pack and made sure I was comfortable. Really couldn't have done more. Great cinema....Great staff and will definitely visit again...hopefully next time without the extra drama.

The service was amazing. However I am from London and I tend to visit really big cinemas with big screens. Screen 1 - the screen is very small for such a big seating capacity( I was at the very back), however to be fair the cinema was small so I shouldn't of expected too much. Also in screen 1 I felt the sound system was terrible, it didn't feel like surround sound at all, sometimes I was struggling to hear. Btw I was watching Avengers End Game so I wanted the full cinema affect, but I guess this was the wrong cinema to go to.

Pretty clean-no sticky floors. Everything normal cinema price, toilets clearly signposted and quick ticket machines mean lower wait times. Little Costa DIY station too which is great.

I applaud their successful transition into interactive theatre. I have attended two matinee performances so engaging I developed antibodies to a global pandemic. Seat was cleaner than previous odeon visits.
