Vue Cinema London - Shepherd's bush

It's ok, not too bad, not very good.
First time I went to this cinema and when show started the screen was blank, I mean you could hear but not see.. We had to call a member of staff to fix the problem. Gladly after a while he fixed it and the screen was on, just in time for the movie to start. Fortunately we just missed the ads. Not very fond of the ads anyway... Staff is friendly 😊

At Vue cinema in W12 you get to watch the best films at a lower price than the cinema in Westfield. You also save time because this theatre in Shepherd Bush square is smaller. At the ground floor there are several low cost shops to buy snacks and drinks. At the end you save plenty of money here. The place is clean, toilets in the main corridor at the entrance, no queues and very relaxing.

The theatre was not dark enough due to spotlights in the ceiling, and the sound was poor quality. Nice big screen, but feel I will need to re-watch top gun on my home cinema.

Staff need better training! Make you miss the start of your film due to struggles on the tills (person before me) and with my voucher code (which aren’t new), sent to the wrong screen (no apology when I fed this back) and then chavs (or whatever you want to call them) in the theatre doing NOS and obnoxiously ruining the film for everyone.

The cinema is fabulous and the over all environment is really pleasing and peaceful with all those big screens and heart stopping sounding. Could use a couple of more staff at the snacks counter apart from that all is fantastic.

When we visit the capital we always try to go to Vue cinema.great seats so comfortable. Enjoyed the Whitney Houston film Gotta dance recently, brilliant.

Very nice cinema, always clean and less hustle and bustle then the vue in westfield which is appreciated!!! Very nice staff. Only issue was when I ordered a tea and it came with steamed milk that was pre- sweetend. And tasted gross. Couldn't take more then a single sip . But the lady behind the counter tried.

Nice and quiet with some huge screens, the place was also very clean and tidy. Only downside, but not the cinemas issue, was the cost of parking for 4 hours, which was almost as much as one adult cinema ticket!
