Once you work your way either by lift or the escalator up to the Vue foyer you see a vast space with windows overlooking the High Street and buildings and it was great as the sun was shining and lit the foyer up ! You got your kiosk for your refreshments from an array of confections from ice cream to crisps and drinks etc. You can purchase your tickets at the kiosk if not booked on line , you pay a little extra for that.

Your average local cinema. Great value if you're booking tickets online (only a fiver!). Worth seeing any movie at that price. Plenty of places nearby to buy cheap snacks from and take them in with you.
Only wish there was a bit more variety and showing of some smaller/independent films.

Went to watch a film with 18 age rate. Majority of viewers (the room was full to the brim) were definitely below 18. They were able to walk in with big bags of KFC, throwing popcorn, walking constantly in and out and talking loudly. People were still coming in at least 30 minutes into the film. I suppose you get what you pay for!

Place was clean, small ques at desk, took a while to clear. Mainly down to the dopes being unable to make their minds up. Cinema screen was fine. May try again. Films are good value at £5.99

Thankful for this cinema as the prices have not increased to sky high prices. It's great to pay £5.99 to see a movie instead of £11-£15 at some other venues.

Went to watch Black Panther. Film started late, place was still messy and other viewers did not understand cinema etiquette.

Most of the time I go there it's nice, clean and quite empty.

I went to see Black Panther: Wakanda Forever near the premiere, and experienced several annoying things, making it a fairly bad experience overall.

- First of, the web page didn't work properly, giving us unspecified error mesage after unspecified error message for 20+ minutes.
- As we couldn't buy tickets online, we had to buy them on site, at a higher cost.
- The toilets were fairly disgusting.
- Half-way into the movie, some people broke in via the fire exit, walking around, talking and looking for seats. When I informed the staff of this, they seemed very uninterested, and seemed almost more annoyed that someone talked to them.
- The walls are seemingly so thin that a vaccuum cleaner next door at times was heard louder than the actual movie.
- There were kids (ages 10-13, perhaps) running around , disrupting fairly constantly. This, I guess, is not the direct fault of Vue, but please keep an eye on your crowds at times.

On the positive side though, the seats were comfortable and the screen and speakers good, and if you manage to buy tickets online, they're fairly cheap. I still wouldn't return.

The place is great and the seats are different, the movie and sound is amazing. The only problems are that the food are highly overpriced and also (occasionally) lines are really long and it is hard to enter. I recommend this but probably watch a film after the release date to avoid long lines. Lastly, bring your own snacks or buy somewhere else.
