Booked a ticket online quite easily. Was looking forward after many months of not going to a cinema. Once you get into Barnet Copthall area, there are small signs showing the way. (It's in the P1 car park of the Allianz Park Stadium.) Got there 20 minutes before doors opened and there were already a couple dozen cars there. There are staff there that direct you through the gate (Where they will give you a speaker about the size of a car battery to put on your dashboard). More staff then direct you to your parking spot and put a number on your wing mirror, which you need to order any food or drinks that you order and pay via a website (Details given to you when you get the speaker). Soon after the film is finished, you are directed out and they collect the speaker as you exit. I found the screen to be quite disappointingly small. There wasn't a great deal of food and drink options (4 choices of Pizza, 4 choices of Crepes, 4 choices of pulled pork buns some sides and drinks (only a single choice of beer). There were no choices for burgers or hot dogs as stated on their web site. The Pizza I ordered arrived in under 20 minutes although the web site stated 45 minutes but was quite small (about 8 inches).

Our first drive-in movie experience and we were very impressed. The venue was decorated with lots of festive touches (including some faux snow as you drive in) and really added to the experience. Screen was well in view and we were pleasantly surprised with the sound quality. Will definitely be attending again

Fantastic experience for my wife and I.
Things started off pretty badly from a personal logistics perspective. However the Luna team were so unbelievably helpful in resolving our issue and ensuring we saw our movie (Rocketman...definitely recommend).

Special shout out to Eric and his security team, and the duty management, for being pleasant, helpful and going above and beyond (when it would have been very easy for them to turn us away).

The venue itself is great. Not too many cars, crisp audio, and an all round lovely experience.

Thank you!

I was a bit disappointed. The screen was tiny and not suited to a carpark full of cars. It was like watching TV from the back of your garden. Couldn't see any detail. And the food was limited - expensive tiny pizzas and pulled rolls - no hotdogs or burgers. It was a fun thing to do but this is not a replacement for cinemas.

SHOCKING RIP OFF!!! purchased a ticket and paid extra so it's refundable. Applied for refund 2 days before the event as car had trouble, so couldn't attend the event. They flat out refuse to issue a refund and ask for DOCTORS NOTES or CERTIFICATION FROM YOUR MECHANIC. Will absolutely NOT be going to ANY events by these people!

Film was great, good audio, not that many cars and the toilets were clean. We we had a really good time, looking forward to coming back at Christmas.

Booked tickets online for an afternoon screening of Mary Poppins and found the whole drive in cinema process was slick and painless. Given the impact Covid 19 has had on the cinema industry it was great to go and see a film with the family in a safe and friendly environment.

As you approach the entry point your car numberplate is scanned and your ticket class and any additional extras are provided by the staff who were all wearing adequate Personal Protective Equipment. We had preordered a Retro Sweet Box which was handed to us along with the in car speaker. Staff then clearly guide you to your parking spot.

The screen is not massive but adequate (though if you are right at the back of the car park it may be too small) and the in car speaker was very good and we experienced no lag between audio and what was going on on screen.

The toilets were very clean and had plenty of soap and water. They were well spaced out and with automatic hand sanitizer stations in front of the toilet block.

As for additional food, I ordered a pizza via the QR code provided on the car speaker and though it said a wait time of 45 mins it was delivered to our car in about 10 mins. Again I didn't need to leave the car and all staff had masks and gloves.

Once the film is finished the exit process is just as easy and as you get to the exit you hand back the speaker where I saw them being thoroughly cleaned for the next screening.

Overall it was an enjoyable couple of hours and the Luna Drive In is clearly run by a professional company. Would recommend!

Good film but they didn’t tell us that they would only be one exit leaving our car completely stranded meaning a 30 minute walk to our car! Clueless staff, terrible organisation
