A decent cinema. Clean and tidy. Comfortable seats. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Toilet were clean. My only issue is how much every in there costs. It’s just so expensive. They no longer have the gallery option which is a shame. It cost £22 for 2 tickets to see the Batman. Which was decent. Had a large coffee from costa which was ok.

Easy Booking and Free parking available at Riverside Car Park (4Hours).
White covers over a number of the seats indicating they were broken.
Screen number 5.

Cinema dirty and chairs need a clean! Upgraded seats covered in ketchup and popcorn and this was when we first went in after it was supposedly cleaned. Luckily the film wasn’t busy and we could move along two spaces. The film itself was good but surroundings not so much.

Truly great cinema which I have been going to for years.
From a standard film showing to the amazing 3D iMax, you can find better I’m sure if it.
The food is a bit pricey so take some snacks with you if you are taking the family, but all in all a great experience.

Not too bad as chain cinemas go. The parking validation is a nice touch and the staff seemed quite cheerful and friendly. Was also quite clean and tidy. One of the better cinemas in Norwich imo.

Went to see Avatar yesterday morning for 11am showing. Screen 7 is definitely worth the price you pay. Bigger sound than normal and the screen is nice and big. Sit at the center or back though! The front will hurt your neck.

Reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the queue before the movie. There was like 3 members of staff and yet two tills at the front entrance were closed meaning longer wait. I tried buying overpriced popcorn and a drink but they refused because I did not queue up. Maybe the manager should have all tills open?! Because there was at least 30 people waiting to be served with the film starting in 5 minutes!!. But the perk is that issue saved me from spending 3 quid on small popcorn, and the drink on top probably would've been a fiver too 🙄

New Years Eve 2022, we took a ride to Norwich and enjoyed an afternoon with 3d glasses to watch Avatar. Sometimes it is easy to review the film rather than the space. However, on this occasion I shall be pleased to say the space was well staffed and nicely clean. The queue for drinks moved quickly and the staff very helpful. We had premiere seats and worth the extra few bob. Nice big screen for an all absorbing effect. Oh the 4 hour free parking stamp was a great surprise and thank you.
The film Avatar, yes a state of the art 3d spectacular shoot me up with good character development of a family starting afresh. The war theme not my thing and the killing of great knowledgeable sea creatures and the indigenous a little too much for my gentle soul and a somewhat mirror of earth. Having said all that it was well produced, fantastic cinemaphotography / graphic and the sound and 3d effects just so out there.
Well done Odeon Riverside Norwich it was a 5 star New Years Eve treat and your hospitality paid off.

Great cinema. People complaining don't have the £14.99 Limitless deal which allows unlimited free films, and £2 for 3D and £5 for 3D IMAX films which is a bargain. I order tickets via app. They also have a Costa at the front for food and coffee and a sweet and ice cream counter.
