Barry and the team at man with a van were great. It was super easy to book with them. They responded very quickly and were fast with all paperwork. The van was clean and well maintained. The team of 2 had plenty of blankets to protect everything being moved and it was well secured. The two guys were really helpful and polite. We were moving office desks. The guys rebuilt the desks once everything was moved in. They did a really great job. Had all the right tools and Allen keys for the job. Fast, friendly and great. We will defiantly use them again. Great service at a great price. They dropped off the boxes, tape and wrapping paper in plenty of time for the packing. They turned up on time on the day and worked very efficiently, disassembled the furniture and packed up the lorry quickly. They did the opposite at the other end and did a very professional job, not sure what else I can say, they were polite, carful and nothing was too much trouble for them, even helping move the furniture around just to try different scenarios. job well done.

Such a professional service from start to finish. Barry kept me informed of everything from the first communication. This was for a university move in, so was important and the team turned up exactly when they said they would on pick up and delivery. I would highly recommend them.

The team were very responsive from sending an initial quotation to carrying out the job which involved a collection and 2 drop offs. They were friendly and really helpful - I didn't have to lift a finger. Would highly recommend.

We used this company with moving home. There were a lot of mishaps during the day, but the one consistently positive thing was the men that helped us move. They were flexible, accommodating, professional, thorough, hardworking, friendly, approachable, and when needed, they unexpectedly provided emotional support for what was already a stressful day. One of the guys even helped jump start my car when it refused to start. With the stress of receiving the keys late, the men worked well into the evening and there was no additional cost. They maintained the same level of professionalism and delight throughout the day, up until the moment they left. The service provided was invaluable. There was such a human response when things outside of our control were not going well. I will definitely be using this company again if the opportunity presented itself. I would strongly recommend this company.

We used "A Man and Van" to move my partner and I to our new house. We moved from two houses in two parts of Hertfordshire into Essex and they managed two moves out and one move in over two days for us. They were speedy, polite and worked extremely hard to complete the whole move for us. They protected carpets and all our possessions arrived without any breakages at all.

I am so glad I Barry and the team for my home move. As completion dates kept changing, Barry was flexible with his diary. The quote was fair and very much value for money. The team were on time, quick, and even did extra jobs on the day to make it even easier like taking down and reinstalling TV’s on walls, taking apart and rebuilding wardrobes and beds too. A fantastic experience all round and definitely helped take the stress out of moving
