We needed a removal company urgently with just over a weeks notice. Goldfish were able to accommodate us and were so helpful. The removal men were very polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Would not hesitate to use them again. First class service!

Fast, friendly and efficient: Mary in the office constantly kept our options open at fairly short notice. When the guys got to our new home ahead of us, they found the sofa was too big to get through the door - so they removed the front window and replaced it again afterwards - you wouldn't know they'd been there...thank goodness I hired the Pros!

I must state that GoldFish Moving & Storage is without a doubt the best moving company I have ever used. Over the last decade, I've moved to numerous different areas for work, and they've made the entire process painless. If I could, I would give them more than 5 stars, and I will use them again.

This is the second time we've used Goldfish, and they are just brilliant...nothing was too much for Gary and his team over two days.

Initial office contact with was pretty quick and Mary was very helpful and polite in getting a quote and formally booked in. Price offered was best from a few other quotes so I went with Goldfish initially based on that. On the day the movers (I’m terrible with names but want to say M & L ?) were fantastic, arrived on time and ready to go, loaded up all of my items quickly and carefully. I was anxious as I’d never used a moving service before and the guys were kind and reassuring. Unloading went just as smoothly, they had to wait for me to nip to the estate agents and get the key but showed no signs of impatience. All around highly recommend and well worth the money.

Could not have gone with a better company. The movers were quick, professional, kind, and took great care of our items as they loaded and unloaded them on our move from Surrey to north London. Competitively priced as well. Would definitely use this company again!

WARNING! Prospective customers be warned. Owner Gary has a "policy" that you have to give 2weeks notice to get your items. If you want your items before he charges 150 pounds. This was not 1st time. The first time 3 years ago I did not pay. This time my family left a a trunk (1mx40cm) for me at his business. After about a 2 week not very responsive correspondence with his company and a "quote" to ship to Netherlands the cost we agreed was too much at 1500 pounds. So I booked a ferry and informed of my arrival date. Had to get a PCR test and vaccinated. 24 hours before departure was informed by sales of the 150 pound extra charge and 2 week notice. I asked if it could be waived or at least a formal invoice and pay by credit card. (I have 50pound cash withdrawal limit...so had to go bank in person to withdraw the cash on the day.) On the day foreman told me he could not release the trunk without my paying 150 cash. I was prepared and paid as I had no choice. My return ferry was that night. I hope he stops this practice and informs customers right at the beginning or make this a more formal business policy with an invoice. I hope this review will provide feedback to the MD Gary. This practice should stop and he should not do this to customers anymore or put his employees under stress and shame with this. I am sorry to have to write this review. I have made many reviews and input to Google maps as a Google local guide. But this is the worst so far. I hope Gary you will reply that you will make changes to your "policy" not only for customers but your employees too. Mary and Keith were both sympathetic to my protests..
