I can’t fault the service I received from bcd removals.
I was a little wary due to the significantly lower price they quoted compared to others but there was no need.
I had to change my move date several times due to delays in the chain. They were wholly professional and bent over backwards to be able to accommodate me when the date finally got confirmed.
On the move day, a team of three very polite removal men arrived early and worked like trojans (whilst I was still packing) to clear my house. At the other end, again they continued to work at a real pace and unloaded into my new property.
All my items were treated with respect and nothing broken.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to move.

Best quote given out of 20 plus companies!! Shaun and his two man team arrived half an early and made the whole move a very smooth experience. My 2 bed house was clear in less than 3 hrs. The team then waited out side the new property until it was ready, the lads moved everything inside the new house in exactly the rooms I needed them in less than 3hrs! Very impressed with the service and professionalism, and for only £340 what a blooming bargain!

I’m so pleased with the service! They are the friendliest people! I was initially anxious about sorting a move but Jason, who I called about a quote, was so welcoming and approachable.

Shaun and his colleague, who I unfortunately cannot remember the name of, came to move us. They turned up on time and, despite being only a two man team, moved us faster than a previous company we hired last year with 3 people.

They were very nice people and pragmatic when faced with obstacles of the move. They made the cost of moving so worth it as all we had to do was relax. I am so grateful and I will be recommending them to all!

Exceptional service! The movers were very friendly and made us feel relaxed about our move. It felt like we had known them for years! They worked very hard and all for a very very affordable price. I would definitely recommend them having had experience of other Portsmouth companies that didn’t deliver (forgive the pun).

Jason Robinson came out to assess and provide a quote for my removal requirements. I accepted the quote the next day. When I phoned a few week later to see if they were still available the week I was expecting to move , I was told 'yes, plenty of availability'. I emailed the completion date within a couple of days, only to be told 'we are now fully booked'. Then got a further email to say 'if you can get the beds dismantled, we can do it' (after just telling me he was fully booked). I then said, ok, if I get someone to do the beds, will you do the removal? Then he tells me, (conversation only minutes apart), ..... 'sorry, my last slot for the whole week, went 5 mins ago' This is how tradesman get their negative reputation. If you dont want the job, man up and say you dont want the job. What a total disappointment let alone irritation.

This company is fantastic, gave me a great quote, arrived early, loaded my flat on their truck in 45 minutes and managed to unload it in 45 minutes, i was in my new place before lunchtime. I would highly recommend them, the guys were very professional and polite, we had a good laugh and they took the stress of moving away from me.

From start to finish, these guys were professional and punctual. They made the move from Hampshire to Devon seem effortless and couldn't do enough to help out, even at short notice. Great guys and Shaun was really helpful. Thank you all.

I had a call from this firm regarding a quote they said the price I had been quoted from another firm was way too high and arranged to do a quote on Monday.

They did a walk around my home etc all good. I didn’t hear anything. I chased on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday only to get a text saying they couldn’t actually do the job thus wasting my time.

I wouldn’t go near as they are extremely unreliable and the owner clearly has no idea how to run a business.
