The team at Fredericks (Jordan, Louise and the hands-on crew) did a cracking job of organising and executing our move. The packing service was superb (including top quality banter - thanks, Darren....) and not a thing was damaged in the process.

Fredericks were amazing!! Quoting was a friendly non salesy experience. Jordan was very personable and their price was competitive. We hired them to move our large items as we only moved half a mile away so we did our own packing and moving boxes. On moving day they arrived early, smiling and friendly. They had a large team of guys who worked quickly and efficiently even when dismantling furnitre and having to remove some pieces through an upstairs balcony. They worked tirelessly whilst remaining professional but friendly throughout the time they were with us and were finished by around 3pm the same day.

I cannot fault the whole experience. My only regret is we didn't have them pack us as well...I'm sure they would have saved us a lot of time.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them again and again.

Throughout the whole house buying process, using Frederick’s is the best money we’ve ever spent - the team packed our whole house up in about the same time that it takes me to pack a suitcase. When moving house from Amersham to Somerset, Fredericks Removals were one of 5 companies I asked to come and quote for the work - including a full packing service.
In terms of price, Fredericks came out as the second cheapest, and the chap who came to survey our house (Jordan Ross) impressed me with his friendly and competent demeanour, which was a significant factor in my deciding to use their services.

For the move itself, the 5-man team arrived on time the day before to pack the majority of our things into a lorry; on the day of the move they packed the remainder including our beds, fridge etc, and then drove all the vehicles down and unloaded everything at our new house. Jordan himself was part of the team on the second day - it's clear that the service is personal with valued staff and not just a random bunch of contractors on a given day.

All of Fredericks staff worked hard & carefully throughout, and were polite and friendly. Overall their attitude made a huge positive difference to what is inevitably a stressful step in life, and left us with a warm feeling in our new home when they finally departed for the drive back to base on the evening of our moving day.
