White & Company Winchester

Can't really recommend this company. Moved with them last August, they turned up late and understaffed, took all day to do a move that had taken a couple of hours with the same furniture a year before. Moving into the new place they managed to break part of the sofa and scuffed the walls.

What an awful service, damaged furniture and damaged property. Compensation slow to be offered via ‘3rd party’ insurance company and the amount was wholly inadequate but apparently it’s a take it or leave it situation...

No apology received from the branch manager just excuses. If you manage to get a good experience with this company then I would suggest it is purely luck.

Had a very professional service with White & co. The three man team of Josh, Brian and Russell did a great job including dealing with a very difficult and unexpected situation during the move. They were professional and responsive throughout.
