Great service would highly recommend. They were early and worked without stopping until all our belongings were on board. They were then at our new property before we were and unpacked us putting everything in its place. Very professional and good value for money. Thanks for a great service.

This may be the first review I've written on here, but I just had to tell everyone how wonderful Fabian and the team were. My parents were moving from Hampshire to Surrey and got completely screwed by another local company who jacked up the price by 70% (!!) 8 days before the move, despite deposit already being paid. My dad is 70 years old. I wish I could name and shame them! Luckily my dad found Freight Trans Ltd, and the service was impeccable from the start. From Martin coming over to survey everything, his pleasant and reassuring manner, the quote being sent through within hours, and on the big day, we couldn't have asked for a better team to look after us. Thank you to everyone so much, Fabian, Matt - and the other two guys - who treated our belongings like their own, and were so professional and friendly that it made what is meant to be a stressful experience an absolute joy - and a very memorable day for all the right reasons. Thank you all, really.

Great service reliable and professional. We moved from Hampshire to Plymouth and they managed to get all our stuff into one van. Was updated with their progress which was very quick and efficient. Would recommend to anyone looking for an independent removal company and the best price we got.

Used for years for many moves and always return as the service is so good, fairly priced and the team are always so friendly. Used again this week from a move from Ringwood to Bournemouth and once again couldn't fault. This time the team came with lots of extras wardrobe boxes, TV transport etc. Highly recommend.

James & Bob Dan were fantastic at helping us move. Everything was carefully looked after and placed into our new home with care. They were both professional and caring. They were also thoughtful to me as I am pregnant, making sure a chair was left for me to sit down.

We asked for one precious item to be placed differently into the removal van and that was no problem. They made sure we were 100% happy.

These guys have just moved us from Hampshire to Pembrokeshire. They are efficient, courteous and accommodating, and did a fabulous job. They packed on the morning of completion, making sure they were done well before the completion deadline, and delivered the next day at 9am - despite a 4+ hour drive to get here. Thoroughly recommended. Thank you, chaps!

Arrived at 9am, everything loaded by 1pm and unloaded by 4 in the rooms we wanted. Exemplary service and fairly priced for the service provided. I will have no hesitation in recommending this company to any of my friends and family. Well done FTR, your lads are a credit to your company.

I hate reviewing things but I feel this is needed and justified. Used Trans Freight Removals to help us move into storage. During the move the staff were helpful and friendly, however there were occasions where the care for our things was slightly below what I would expect. This was summarised when I walked around a corner in the storage facility to one of them shouting the table was falling. This was our dining room table which was placed on a trolley and unprotected from the edges of the metal framed trolley. I then discovered damage on our dining room table when I had the chance to return to the unit a few days later and raised a query completely expecting them to accept liability. I didn’t want much, just an apology and a small fee to have it repaired. Sadly they blamed us, stating we should have wrapped it properly in storage, yet this damage happened whilst it was in transit. They also stated that it was because the unit was too small. It was, and I rented a second unit, which was used to store the table and is 1/3 full so I don’t know where the tight access was? We’re having to use a new removal company now and fear that we’ll discover more damage and have issues with liability as we’ve used two different removal companies.
