The admin to start with wasn't the best but come moving day the service was second to none, It was a very hot day and they didn’t complain once, there was a bit of a delay in getting the keys which must have been annoying for them but again no complaints. A happy helpful bunch that worked so hard. The only breakage was caused by me trying to help! I thought a van was on its way but a lorry with fold out ramps arrived, plenty of sheets to protect items and straps to keep them in place. Paid on completion, good value and great service. Will certainly use again.

I have to warn people not to use this company I had no problem with the girls in the office Packing day should have been 5 people only 2 came so not very productive day they were out the door by 3pm!!! Found some glass on my floor and questioned one of the men asked did they brake anything?? Lied to my face not impressed found more broken glass downstairs no one would admit they had broken one of my yankie candles from my wedding day!!! When we got to the property boxes were being shoved all over the place not in the right rooms My sofas all dirty men each blaming each other that they hadn’t been packed properly!!!! Two of my leather chairs damaged so upsetting then when started unpacking one of my atomiser smashed to bits plates broken where they weren’t packed properly surely the point of paying for a packing service is so your items are packed properly I understand things can happen but this was sloppy work!!! Then trying to get a response for me to discuss the damages well it has been diabolical NO AFTERCARE NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOUR PREPARED TO HAVE YOUR POSSESSIONS BROKEN 😡 FUNNY HOW THEY WERE THERE WHEN BEING PAID THEN THEY BECOME GHOSTS!!!!
