Very friendly and professional company

Malcolm and his team were fantastic - friendly, professional and efficient from start to finish. They packed everything perfectly, and it all made it to our new home safely and stress-free.

Good guys on the day, but unfortunately the company told us they were fully insured but didn't follow through on that guarantee. A hifi speaker was damaged on the day, the company accepted responsibility and promised they'd fix it, and seemed to be making an effort, but after a while they just stopped contacting me about it, and didn't return my emails any more. If you can't trust them to use their insurance when something goes wrong, I'd have to recommend you look elsewhere.

Malcolm and the team were professional and friendly, making the day go very smoothly. They offered a competitive price and we would definitely use them again.
