We were moving from Germany to UK as well we stored our furniture at their storage for a month. From the very beginning when we contacted them to the day they delivered our furniture to a new place the communication was smooth and we were very impressed by their service - from the online booking to the packaging of items. For example; they wrapped TV in 9 blankets! They are super professional and beside that a very friendly people. We couldn't wish for a better one. Very much recommended!

After searching few months, I have planned my move from London to Netherlands with lopa removals, they came exact on time on both places and they even helped us arranging the boxes. The price is very competitive for the services that they provide. In particular the group 4 angels were very nice and helpful. We loved working with Lopa Removals. We moved from Germany to the UK, mid November 2020, during a double lock-down (in Germany and the UK) due to the Covid19 pandemic. We packed everything, they loaded and unloaded all our items. This service is called "door to door"... Or more specifically "livingroom to livingroom". We paid about 3000 Euros for 2100m3, or 2 bedroom apartment worth of stuff: about 40 medium-large boxes, a few bikes, and furniture (including lots of kids stuff, stroller, toys and books). The price is way less than what other companies offered us, which ranged from 8k Euro to 3k. The key part with Lopa is that they offered us the best DATES. We've learned now that in international moving dates are a high commodity and if you want a certain date then you need to pay a lot. With Lopa, we feel that we got the best service for the best price. All our items arrived in order and nothing was damaged. Ligia, was the consultant who took care of us and she was always polite, kind and helpful. She answered many of my questions and communication was always smooth. The men who did the actual moving were also very nice and professional. Before the move, we provided photos of all our stuff. This helped make sure that the quote we received was sufficient for what we needed (I really recommend that you provide images of your stuff, so they can assign the right car/truck for your needs). Then, they sent us an inventory list, which you fill in and hand over to the moving crew, on the day of the move. This helps keep track of all your items and boxes. Then, the days of the move, they send you a tracking link showing where the truck is. Like this you know exactly the hour when they arrive. We asked a friend to let the moving crew in, because we had already left Germany the day before. The removal went without any problems. This was a Tuesday. On Friday of the same week, our stuff was delivered to our new house in the UK.
Overall, we are just smitten by the value for money provided by this company. Keep it up, and thanks a lot!

I used Lopa removals earlier this year in March 2020. It was from Paris to London, it was such a wonderful experience. At first I was worried that my stuff would be damaged along the way, but thankfully NO. The guy who helped me moved the stuff (both in Paris and London) was very kind and diligent making sure that the all the items in the list were correct and nothing is missing or damaged. They were making sure that I chose the right and most suitable service that they offered, nothing more nothing less. The most important thing is there was no hidden cost at all and also it was cheaper than most of the competitors. A recommended and trustworthy movers. I would use Lopa removals again if I ever move to another country.

This is a great international removals company. I moved from the UK to Switzerland just before the pandemic so the move was obviously delayed. As soon as the EU borders opened for freight transport, Lopa booked my delivery of goods to Switzerland within a week. All the gear arrived without any damage and all team was pleasant and professional throughout the process. I would definitely use them again.

Had a great service from Lopa team moving us from UK to the Netherlands, all was on time (delivery was tracked so you can see where the truck is in real time), very professional, all of our items well packed and looked after, the two gentlemen were also very professional and lovely to deal with as well as the office staff were extremely helpful (we were first time international movers so naturally had a lot of concerns) could not recommend enough, fantastic value for money. The contract they send you doesn't protect you at all: they can change the price and the dates as they want (which they did to me)... They also overestimated the volume and weight, made me pay for 2 vans when everything fitted in 1 van only. Also just a detail but the men left their cigarette butts on my doormat.

Smooth process!! when I used their service to move 5 meter cube/ 300 kg household goods from Germany to UK with storage of 4 weeks. They offered very competitive price. Clear and timely communication everything through emails. They sent a link to track the location of driver on the day of removal and delivery which helped a lot.
