Squab Storage & Removals Leamington Spa

We rented a 100 sq ft storage unit at Squab. We spoke to Andy and Anne at Squab, both of whom were very helpful and friendly. We went to visit before committing to the rental and Andy showed us around and answered all of our questions. We were really impressed with how good, modern and clean all of the facilities are and also with the assistance that we received from the staff there. The location is really handy for us, being on the outskirts of Warwick, which means we can get to it without getting stuck in town centre traffic and it's kind of nice how peaceful and quiet it feels while you're there, with it being in a lovely rural location.

Prices were competitive with other local storage companies and we also got a discount for agreeing a 1 year rental and paying upfront (discount also available for 6 month commitments).

They offer a bunch of other services which could be handy, for example van hire (discounted if you have storage there), removals, boxes and even some workspaces for rent if you need a desk somewhere.

All the facilities are clean, well lit, secure and generally well presented. Goods lifts and trollies are available for free use, so having a unit which isn't on the ground floor isn't much of a problem. Lots of different sizes of unit are available. We went for the 100 sq ft one, even though a 75 sq ft one probably would have been big enough, as the 100 sq ft and above come with double doors, as you can see in the pictures, which makes getting large items in a bit easier.

Booked a storage unit at short notice from Squab and I was very happy with their service. Extremely professional, responsive and helpful throughout! Security on site is very high and of excellent quality. I also booked removal van with them too at a later date and received the same high standard. They will definitely be my first choice if I need storage or a van again. Great value on both!

We hired a storage unit whilst we waited for a house purchase to complete and also used Squab for the removals when we were ready to move. The storage unit itself was very secure, clean and easy to access with trollies etc provided to help move items in. The staff we dealt with were very helpful and friendly and everything was straightforward and easy to hire. The removals team that we dealt with were very professional throughout the quote stage and explained all of the options and what was included so it was easy to understand. On the day, the removals guys (Chris, Matty H and Sam) were extremely good, everything was carefully moved and put into the correct places, bed re-built, it all made what should be a very stressful day, a lot less stressful, would highly recommend!

I needed a small van to collect some items. After comparing sites I settled on Squab but the van I had been looking at wasn't available but a larger one was. I booked the larger and then enquired about the smaller one to be told that it was being repaired and if ready in time it would be booked to me. This occurred very quickly and I was informed about it a day or so prior to picking it up.
The van was clean, sound and motored well with good fuel consumption. No complaints there at all.
The initial welcome was pleasant and warm and efficient and all details were noted quickly. All the staff we came into contact with were friendly and chatty.
I would certainly recommend anyone wanting to rent a van to at least give Squab a try first.

I hired a large van for 24 hours. The process was very slick and Andy and Anne were very responsive. The van was only a couple of years old and was perfect for what I needed. It came with a full tank of fuel which meant filling up to return it was much easier than trying to guess how much to put in. A lot cheaper than the alternatives I was looking and I would certainly recommend.

We booked Squab as a competitive price and found the whole process from booking to house removal first class. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Took the stress out of moving. I would not hesitate in recommending Squab for anyone looking to move premises. Thankyou to all at Squab.

I’ve hired a Peugeot Luton from Squab and use it to move my furniture to the new house one week ago and I definitely made the perfect choice as the team was very responsive, very polite and very helpful. The van was clean and spacious, easy to drive and easy to use.
The instructions received from Steve were clear and I’ve been comfortable the whole time once I’ve started to use the van.
I believe that if you provide the minimum level of diplomacy you’ll get it back, so in my case I just wanted to do my job and didn’t abuse the van.

We have just taken a storage unit at Squab’s Leamington site. It’s everything we wanted, very clean, easy to use, great location and other facilities on site, and most importantly secure. We also need access for multiple users, often beyond the normal working day, and Squab can arrange this too.

The friendly, efficient and professional Squab team made the whole booking process easy. The prices are competitive, and we were offered a discounted price for a 12 month hire, which is better still!

Squab also offer other services such as van hire, work-space hire and secure shredding, which we’ll probably use too.
