Had a few back and forth emails arranging a relocation ultimately culminating in agreeing to and booking in move, was happy with this.

However after I told him my company will transfer the money for the move he said he's not interested and had he known my company were financing the move he would have quoted a higher fee.

I find this extremely unprofessional and exploitative.

Gary helped me move an upright piano from my garage into my house. He was extremely responsive to my initial query, excellent value for money and professional and knowledgeable to ensure the move went smoothly - guiding me as his assistant, ensuring nothing was knocked or damage and providing advice re where to seat the piano and even providing shoes for the piano wheels to prevent damage.
