My experience of this company is of the negative level. I have just witnessed one of the large lorry drivers use the hard shoulder to get ahead of congestion on the m40!! Absolutely disgusted to see this when just less than 20 metres in he came across a broken down vehicle!! You know the ones, they're broken down and HAVE to use said hard shoulder to sit in and wait for the 'emergency services', Well done Fly by nite, you have at least one moron behind the wheel!!
