Excellent service from start to finish. If you want a professional slick moving company then look no further. We will use them agina when we move from our rental into our newly finished house.

We used Bournes when we moved house 2 years ago, we'd had a baby 2 days earlier so were pretty stressed but they were so professional and went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly! We used their packing service for the move which was incredible, well worth it as it saved us SO much time.
When we needed a large sofa collected recently we knew they were the right people to ask, they were so helpful and managed to get it in our living room respite it being a very tricky manoeuvre!
Overall they provided an amazing service with staff who are prepared to go the extra mile, would definitely recommend.

I recently moved and chose to use Bournes as we moved previously three years ago and had been really happy with the service. I am so pleased to be able to say that Bournes are even better than last time. I have to say that from start to finish every person I was in contact with, went above and beyond to help make the process as painless and stress-free as possible.

Our move was spread out over three days due to the amount we had. The crew on each of these days I have to say were all incredibly professional, friendly and efficient. The team leader was calm at all times and supportive of his team and the rapport between them meant they worked smoothly and with no issues.

We had issues on entering our new property and this meant moving in was held up by hours. The crew called for back-up and the team spirit demonstrated was incredible to watch.

In a nutshell, would I recommend Bournes? Absolutely! They made what is normally a stressful and unpleasant experience, enjoyable and I thank each and every one of the staff for their expertise and kindness.

Would recommend Bournes 100%. We had a great experience with them for a move from UK to France. They were very careful and professional on both sides, no damage reported and the truck arrived on time. Also the admin and customs process made very clear and easier to handle with Cristina's support.

I genuinely couldn't recommend Bournes removals more. Not only did they do an amazing job in terms of the nitty gritty of moving, they really went above and beyond to help me when something really horrible beyond my control ended up happening with my move. My move day turned out to be extremely stressful due to a pipe bursting in my new property the day before my move, and me only finding out when we arrived! The guys who did my move did an absolutely incredible job assisting me with the fall out of this, providing great advice when I thought I was going to have a melt down, and successfully moving everything whilst keeping it all dry. Everything was done so quickly and effectively despite the circumstances and the movers were all super efficient, friendly, and helpful the whole way through. Brilliant service, lovely people, and a great shoulder to cry on if your moving situation requires that!

Moving is always really stressful even when your plumbing doesn't go wrong, but Bournes made everything so much easier and really made an otherwise very stressful day so much brighter. The whole process from surveying to the actual move was incredibly straightforward, I'm a very happy bunny with my Bournes experience and couldn't recommend them more highly. I had to ship half a container-load of household effects from England to Malta in July/August 2021. Bournes were exceptionally efficient with everything. Andy was very quick in providing the estimate and dealing with the order. Arunee kept me regularly updated with progress while the boxes were being shipped. The local agent at the Maltese end was similarly efficient. On top of all this, the price was competitive. Very glad I chose Bournes.
