We moved house in what has to be some of the worst weather that we’ve had for sometime! Many of the local roads were flooded and going to and from the house with furniture was no fun at all for the guys. They were however quite simply amazing! Cheerful and helpful and eminently professional. Our whole experience with Crutch Brothers has been fantastic.

Absolutely excellent experience using Crutch Bros. I got 3 quotes for removals and theirs was the middle quote. I went with them because they were happy to pack the loft, they are based in Tonbridge and said that their team all pitch in if the move is runnibg late, and i just thought they seemed like the best choice all round. I was not wrong. The move was so smooth, they did all our packing. The removals team worked SO hard, and were so polite / freindly / funny. Indeed other people did turn up at the end of the day to pitch in! Great experience from start to end - a huge thank you, you made a streeful day so much better!

I used both packing and moving services - and both teams were excellent. They all had a positive and can-do approach that was not only reassuring, especially since I was dreading the entire process, but was then proven in how they executed the move - both efficiently and effectively, all whilst taking into account our personal circumstances/preferences. It was helpful to have one of the movers in the packing team for continuity - but, really, they were all great! They were also all very polite and careful to ensure everything was to our liking.
I could not have asked for a better team to handle our move - and their quote was also very competitive!
