Hilderbrands Removals & Storage - Sittingbourne

This company was first class. Buying a new home can be stressful but our move certainly wasn't.
Hildebrands did everything, it cost a little more but having the packing done by a group of helpful and courteous staff was brilliant and the actual move itinerary was well scheduled, and went perfectly.
We had some items put in storage for several months and they have recently been returned promptly and in good order.
I would recommend this company.

The management and staff were absolutely first class in their handling of our job. They reacted supremely quickly to our last-minute needs and the packers and driver were unfailingly helpful and confident in the face of potential adverse weather - and a very long drive from east coast to west.

We couldn't fault their application to the task and the contents were ALL safely transferred from one property to the next. There were no breakages whatsoever - and that applies to our nerves as well!

First rate in every sense and we wouldn't fail to recommend Hilderbrands in the future.

Very professional company! Had around 6 different companies out to see us and hilderbrands were definitely the best.
Arrived on time. Everything that needed protecting was covered.
All our items were cared for respectfully.
We had one of the hottest days for our move, so the removal men really did do well.
All the team were happy and friendly.
Even there to help when I cut my finger on glass, providing plasters and very kindly clearing up the glass (not asked to) so I did no further injury.
The lorry was packed up and unpacked at our new home in a professional way and everything was where we wanted it.
Thank you to our moving men and for Pat and Penny for putting up with all my phone calls and my complete lack of computer skills when making payments.

We had a big move ahead which was very daunting but we were put at ease by both the office staff and more over by the road crews we met. The respect we were shown by the staff was first class with a special mention going to Paul who was with us from the packing to the actual move. Nothing was too much trouble and they made a very stressful time go easier than I imagined. Whilst Hilderbrands is not the cheapest you get what you pay for which was a very good professional service from start to finish.

Excellent as always. This is the second time we have used Hilderbrands to move us and we cannot fault them in any way. The guys are polite, helpful, careful of our property and go above and beyond what is required. No hesitation in recommending Hilderbrands. Thank you guys.

From the moment the initial call was made to the office I felt at ease and less stressed. Pat was very helpful and advised with the knowledge and experience. Always on hand to answer questions and concerns leading up to the day.
Moving 2 houses into 1 is never easy but the crews that carried out the work were faultless and worked like Trojan’s, nothing was too much trouble.

PS the artwork on their lorries is amazing and turns heads. The Bond wagon is a masterpiece.
