Fab service, they moved us from a 4 bed house to a 2 bed maisonette with awkward access at the 2nd property. They made it look easy and were very fast and worked extremely hard. Competitive prices and I had a pre visit to price my job prior to my move so no extra costs on the day. Thanks for making our move as stress free as possible.

Worst customer service I have ever come across. I made a booking with them 3 weeks prior to my move and they called at 6.15pm the day before and told me they had a bigger job come in so they were moving my booking to 7am, my original time slot was 12pm. After much discussion we agreed 7am at a discounted price for the huge inconvenience caused.
Guys showed up at 7.30am and walked in with an attitude, took at look at what was to be moved for 5 seconds and told me it was too much stuff. I was very frustrated at this point as I had already been messed around the day before and not apologised to once for this. After some heated words they left and did not move us.
I later spoke to the MD of the company who only had to tell me that I shouldn’t have accepted the discounted price and stuck to my original time slot. I explained that the guys told me this was not an option and it had to be 7am or nothing so obviously I took the morning slot as I had to move that day.
Throughout the whole process I kept being reminded by them that this was not a big job. Totally unprofessional and rude. If I could give no stars I would, definitely avoid these people!

Absolutely stay away from this company, worst service I have ever experienced with movers.
Booked our slot 3 weeks in advance for midday for 4 hours as it worked in with collecting keys for our new place,they call us the night before after 6:30pm saying they can’t do that time a bigger job has come in and that they can move us to 7am only. After saying that doesn’t work with our plans they advised we either take it or they won’t do it.
As being after hours when all places had closed we had to agree to the earlier time, change a lot of plans but requested a discount for the inconvenience.

They turn up the next day walk in the 1 room we had moved everything into glanced for 3 seconds and said no to much stuff can’t do it. As you can imagine after the poor service we had already received for them to come and say that we were not happy and an argument incurred… they walked out and after requesting to speak to their manger who mentioned to me, our job wasent worth the money… because we got a discount. Which we were entitled to after having to move all our prebooked in plans.

Going back and forth with the manager the only thing they cared about was money, no care about customer service. Even the MD called back and told us we should have said no to moving it from midday, after repeatedly explaining we did say no but the person who called gave us no choice - (Move time or have nothing) he still tried to say it was on us cause they gave us a discount.

All these people seem to care about is moving pre booked in jobs for bigger jobs, blaming customers for agreeing to another slot last minute because we had no other choice and blaming us for asking for a discount then walking out on the job when we got annoyed when they walked in and said it was too much stuff.

Great service, moved us from one flat to another. Even with a stop on the way to empty a storage unit, pricing was reasonable. Hard working guys.

Care Removals have moved us twice and I highly recommend them. Always polite, willing and helpful. Even moved my son’s gigantic trampoline! A big thank you from my family and I!

Care Removals did a great job with our house move. They arrived on time and clearly had a plan for how best to take on our 2 bedroom house. They were very efficient, whilst making sure to take good care of our property.
