White Van Gentlemen

We recently used White Van Gentlemen for a move from a 1 bed flat and storage unit to a 3 bed house. There service was incredibly professional and the actual packing and physical move were flawless. We expected to be done on the day of the move by 3 or 4pm and the guys had moved everything and unpacked at the new house by 1:30pm. They were friendly and helpful and would highly recommend them to anyone planning a move. Worth every penny

I recently used White Van Gentlemen to help me move in London. While they’re more expensive than others on the market, it is worth every penny. It’s the first time I’ve had to move house by myself and they couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient. I did the packing myself but they did the move and were just so helpful, quick and efficient. I could not recommend them more highly.

WVG moved us out of our house, into storage and then into our new flat. The teams were brilliant, fun, efficient (ruthlessly so), polite. The team at the office were also always available to help. Well worth the money!

We paid over £4500 for a standard house move and we were really disappointed as the promise just didn't live up to our expectations. They were more interested in packing quickly and getting home rather than packing carefully and as we wanted them to. (ie - puting things in the right box rather than mixing everything together haphazardly). I think we would have got the same service for less than half the price. You basically end up paying for the head office and extra costs that don't add to the service at all. We wanted boxes delivered prior to move but they never came. Boxes were miss - labelled. Things werent packed carefully. they were 2 hrs late the first day. we managed to get £500 refund after numerous calls and complaints. The upside is everyone is very polite but the quality and care wasnt there. I would go elsewhere

Unfortunately we were not impressed with White Van Gentlemen. They damaged a large number of items during our move, they left at least 2 kitchen cupboards worth of things in our old house, the boxes were not packed carefully, their organisation is quite poor (arranging a box pick up and booking it on the wrong day). We were not impressed and would not recommend them.
