South London Vehicle Pound

Excellent place to get your car towed away to. Far away enough from the hustle and bustle of central London to feel like a leisurely micro-holiday. The Gaudi-esque use of the different concretes used craft this park is exquisite. Not had such a uplifting experience since I went to that military parade at Alexanderplatz, East Berlin around 1984.

The woman on the desk was,lovely she only had one tooth in her head so I used it to my advantage and opened my bottle of Stella.i sat and spoke to one toothed Tracey for about 20 minutes while I waited for them to sort out the paperwork,

I didn’t want to leave Tracey but she was starting to get on my nerves so I went outside and had a pinch of coke out of the gram I had on me just to calm me down. After giving them some dirty money I had made at the wkend I finally got my bmw back and I left feeling happy knowing that I could go back to the streets peddling drugs again.

I’ll never leave my car again to pick up an ounce on a double yellow I’ll think I’ll pay Jerome £20 to pick it up for me-I have really learned my lesson this time .

They Lost the only set of keys to my van.
They are pond life took a van that was taxed and had an mot.
Also massive dent in the back of van that was not there before you can clearly see where they lifted it this has caused damage.
It’s a corrupt company that acts fraudulently

ILLEGALLY TOOK MY VEHICLE FROM PRIVATE LAND WHEN ON SORN
Marston Holdings - the company behind this pound - removed my vehicle from beside my house illegaly. It was parked on private land. I claimed against the company, they admitted their failing and settled for damages. But they argued.....even when admitting their illegal act. If they argue, just give them a deadline and be 100% prepared to take them to court.

Great staff but wouldn't want to see them again!

The customer service is good,however if somebody's car arrive to there,need to realise,the workers will steal from the car/van.After it happening nobody care about the crime,need to realise,never will get back the stuffs what is lost.

Not there under the best circumstances but considering this the customer service was above and beyond. A gentleman named Michael did his upmost to help us out in every way he could. He’s a credit to the company. Obviously wouldn’t recommend a visit but if you do happen to be there, Michaels your guy!
