We were moving from our flat to a house a short distance away and Clockwork were incredibly helpful and professional. They attended the day before the move to pack everything away and on the day took care of all the moving, even though our flat was not the easiest to park at. When the moving in was delayed until later in the day because of a problem in the conveyancing process as we'd purchased the wait time waiver they simply waited until we were ready and even called in an extra couple of colleagues at no additional cost to help us get unloaded off the removal vans at our new house as quickly as possible. Excellent service & would definitely use again. The guys who did the moving were friendly, accommodating and worked extremely hard on one of the hottest days of the year. Thank you to everyone involved.

We used clockwork removals to move into our new home and it was a great experience. The team were so efficient at packing, loading and unloading and made what would have been a weeklong process into just 6 hours.

Clockwork helped get us out of a hole when our previous removal company pulled out. They were quick, understanding, and did
a great job ensuring that the move went smoothly, even letting our little toddler sit in the drivers seat for fun. We paid for the packaging service and the move was completed with no damage or missing property & the team was polite & patient throughout. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Had £4000 in cash stolen by 4 removal men from Clockwork South London. Date was 6th October. The men were rude and one in particular was quite aggressive. Even if it wasn’t for the theft it wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. Obviously reported to the police but there’s nothing they can do. This is your warning not to use Clockwork.

Shocking sum of thousands stolen from our home. Yes- I know what your T&Cs state, but that just plays to the opportunistic thieves. Clockwork themselves haven’t tried to help in any way and we found them to be rude to deal with. They even tried charging us for extra hours when we were well within our slot! Do not use clockwork. Go absolutely anywhere but here.

The second time I’ve used Clockwork and I’ll be using them again when we next move. Pleasant guys and very amenable and helpful on site and in the office. Thanks.

Great value given the service level provided. The guys were fantastic from start to finish and nothing was too much to ask. Got us safely across country and nothing damaged whatsoever. We paid nearly twice as much for this firm as for one not as well reputed and part of the British association of removers (BAR), and we're really glad we did. Highly recommend.
