They offered a very cheap price but didn't complete an inspection or video survey of what we were moving. The packers were very inefficient and used a lot more boxes than were necessary as they packed poorly. They then tried to charge me about an extra £500 due to using so many extra boxes and a second van, one of which had to make two trips, as they couldn't fit everything in. The vans were very beaten up and one had a flat tyre but they drove it anyway. The reconstruction of our beds and wardrobe was not done brilliantly and the attitude of one of the removals men was poor as he was angry and unhelpful. Be warned, they might look cheap but you get no pride in their work and they try to charge you a lot extra after the initial agreement. My experience ended with someone from head office phoning his men and telling them to leave our house immediately before the job was finished because I was refusing to pay their extra charges. Avoid.
